LIVING ROOM
Step into the heart of our home, where an open-plan living room welcomes you with warmth and charm. Sink into the sofa, bask in soft lighting, and gather around the wood-burning fireplace. It's more than just a room; it's a space designed for shared moments and cozy relaxation. Whether you're enjoying the smart TV or simply unwinding, our living room offers a comfortable retreat for making lasting memories with loved ones.

DINING ROOM
Gather family and friends around the dining table which seats up to 10. Large windows allow natural light to stream through the dining room, the perfect setting for food, fun, and fellowship.

KITCHEN
Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen including an array of spices, a coffee station, an electric kettle, and a blender. Prepare snacks or a family meal in this great space that opens to the living and dining rooms. For extra food space, there is a second fridge in the basement.

LOFT
Grab a book or take a nap, this is the place! Light and bright with an intimate sitting area, the Loft provides a bit of quiet space. The small deck outside provides another peaceful retreat.

BASEMENT
Plan a movie night and watch on the 75” Smart TV. Great seating for a group with a sectional sleeper couch and recliner. Fun for the entire family with the Infinity Game table with hundreds of games to play. Additional features include a washer and dryer, full bath, and refrigerator.

BATHROOMS
There are three bathrooms, one on each level. We have you covered with all the essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soft towels. Each bathroom has a hair dryer for your convenience.

KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
If you have little ones, we get it! Don’t worry about packing the extra things - we have a pack-n-play and a highchair to make it easier for you.

OUTSIDE
Step out onto the spacious deck and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Nestled in the trees gently sway in the Egg Swings suspended on the patio or fire up the gas BBQ grill for a family cookout. Whether it is an early morning with coffee watching wildlife or star gazing at night, this deck provides pure relaxation.

SECURITY
To keep you safe, there's a camera at the front door. It's there for your peace of mind.

Guest Access:
Throughout your stay, you will enjoy unrestricted access to the entire premises, encompassing all the amenities and facilities it boasts. This encompasses bedrooms, communal living areas, the kitchen, the backyard, and every feature that defines this residence. Feel free to utilize all available resources to enhance your comfort and ensure a delightful experience. Getting Around:
Exploring is a delight! Our residence is encircled by picturesque parks and trailheads, with Manchester Creek Trail Head just 4 minutes away, Women’s Trail 375 a brief 6-minute drive, Woodland Park a 15-minute journey, and the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center accessible within 12 minutes. Numerous other captivating locations are nearby, making it a convenient and attractive hub for your adventures.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

Use of Spring Valley Community lakes are restricted to HOA members only and guests are restricted from fishing and use of lake property including all common areas.

The driveway can be challenging in snow. You’ll need a 4WD or AWD vehicle due to its length and steepness. This ensures safe access when plowing or shoveling might be delayed.
