A vehicle will be needed to take advantage of surrounding Charleston, as public transportation is not convenient in the area.

There is off-street parking in the driveway out front and a covered space in the garage for an additional vehicle.

CANCELLATIONS

Guests will receive a 95% refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, no reservations are given.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A $500 damage deposit will be pulled from the card used for booking prior to the departure date. This deposit will be fully refundable to the card within 5-10 business days after departure if there are no claims made for damages.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house manual with all of the details needed for your stay will be sent out at 9am THE MORNING OF YOUR ARRIVAL directly in the message thread of the account used for booking.
