Relaxing, boho home, central to many attractions

We are new to VRBO but well established on @irbnb with super host status and many reviews.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish home just minutes from some of Charleston's most popular attractions. This home is a perfect central location as you explore all Charleston has to offer. The home is situated on a quiet street with plenty of privacy and convenience.

The space
You will have the whole to yourself which features 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 updated bathrooms, and a cute and functional kitchen. The entire house has luxury vinyl plank. The living room is open and cozy. High-Speed wifi is available with a flat screen smart TV. The screened in back porch is an outside retreat and perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. The backyard is spacious, fenced in and perfect for kids or pets!

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 with a king and the other with a queen bed. Additional 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 with a queen and a twin and the other bedroom with 3 twin beds. Both bathrooms feature showers and tubs. Each bathroom is accessed from the hallway.

The driveway can accompany 2 vehicles and there is space for an additional 2 vehicles on the street in front of the home. Each bed is equipped with a mattress cover, removable duvet cover and blanket which are all washed after each stay. We take pride in make sure everything is clean for a comfortable night’s sleep!

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, full range, microwave, coffee maker, french press, cooking and dining essentials and utensils. The dining table can accommodate 9 people.

We are family friendly and have baby/toddler essentials on hand like a pack n play and high chair.

We also have toilet paper, paper towels, extra pillows, blankets, washer and dryer with detergent, bath towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom.
Guest access
You have access to the whole house including the garage. The driveway can accompany 4 vehicles.
Other things to note
We know how important pets are and we are so happy to host them (up to 2)! Please keep them in a crate when you are out of the home. Any damage due to pets will incur a fine.

No smoking of any substance on the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine. Thank you for understanding.
