There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, each with 2 beds, one with a queen and a full, and the other with a full and a twin, along with a full bathroom. There is a 3rd room downstairs with a TV and access to 2nd deck with a view of the mountain trees and hill. This home is within walking distance (1/2 mile) of town, where there are restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. Nearby are hiking trails, Santa's Village, Snowdrift Snow Tubing Park (3.3 miles) and Snow Valley Resort (6.3 miles), or drive a little further to Big Bear (17 miles) or Lake Arrowhead (8.5 miles).
