Pool and hot tub are not included in this listing; unauthorized use will result in a $100/day fee (Pool heater available upon request for $69/day, charged for entire stay).
You can also rent our water sports package for $25/day, which includes a canoe and three stand up paddleboards.
$25 cleaning fee for grill use
Amenities are rented on a first-come, first-served basis due to shared common areas

This is a vintage home; while occasional hiccups may occur, our team is available to assist quickly
Located in a tropical environment; occasional critters may be present despite regular monthly pest maintenance
Security deposit of $500 will be authorized 2 days prior to arrival
Payment processors charge a 3% fee. Cancellations within the cancellation window remain subject to this fee
