You may enter Level One from the elevator, stairs in the garage, or the stairs leading to the first level front porch. Stepping into an open area, this level is complete with 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 boasts a magnificent ocean view with a Queen Bed, Flat-screen TV, closet, and direct deck access. Bedroom 2, not lacking in appeal, also has an oceanfront view, Queen Bed, Flat-screen TV, closet, and direct access to the deck. A full bath is located directly outside of these two bedrooms. Down the hall, there is a washer and dryer, conveniently located for you and your family to drop your attire from a day at the beach or pool. Master Bedroom 3 with a King Bed, Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom with step-in shower, double sinks, and closets complete the rooms on this level.

Level Two features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining areas. The gourmet kitchen boasts a dine at bar and granite countertops, a double sink, dishwasher, and range. Relax with a Flat Screen TV in the oceanfront living area, or step out onto the covered deck and take in the views. There are even two refrigerators on the property for your convenience! Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
