Lush foliage encloses the space and creates a tropical paradise unlike any other part of the beach. This area of the home is perfect for entertaining! And, you can step right out of the gate onto the boardwalk and cruise on down to the beach. A Gas Grill is also available - perfect for evening cookouts!

You may enter Level One from the elevator, stairs in the garage or the stairs leading to the first level front porch. Stepping into an open area, this level is complete with 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 boasts a magnificent ocean view with a Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet and direct deck access. Bedroom 2, not lacking in appeal, also has an ocean front view, Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet, and direct access to the deck. A full bath is located directly outside of these two bedrooms. Down the hall there is a washer and dryer, conveniently located for you and your family to drop your attire from a day at the beach or pool. Master Bedroom 3 with a King Bed, Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom with step-in shower, double sinks and closets complete the rooms on this level.

Level Two features open concept kitchen, living and dining areas. The gourmet kitchen boasts a dine at bar and granite counter tops, a double sink, dishwasher and range. Relax with a Flat Screen TV in the oceanfront living area, or step out onto the covered deck and take in the views. Dine together in style just steps away from the ocean breeze. You¡ll also find a half bath on this floor for your convenience.

Head up the stairs (or hop onto the elevator!) and kick back on Level Three. Once here, you¡ll find the specious Master Suite (Bedroom 4) and Bedroom 5. Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with the All Inclusive Pet Policy - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2-night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

-You are staying at a Keyless Vacation Rental but MUST stop by our AB office to obtain your overflow parking pass, Gate key and garage door opener.

-The overflow parking spots are numbered to correspond with the unit to which you are staying. 2 cars can fit in the garage and 1 overflow space is provided. 3 Cars MAX.

-Please use the dumpster at Hang 10 Doughnuts to dispose of Trash during your stay.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
