This 4000 sf historic home was built in 1924 and has been renovated to accommodate all types of guests. Each bedroom tells a story of the house and the furniture has been hand picked to fit the essence of the home.

This secluded oasis is just 18 minutes from downtown and comes equipped with everything you need for a good time without leaving.

Why go to the parks when you can stay here? We have bocce ball, a putting green, a pool, hot tub, lake access, and plenty of land!

The 2nd floor has 5 bedrooms:
The 20's room has a king bed and en suite bathroom
The 30's room has to twin beds, a shower, and a sink
The 40's room has a queen bed and en suite bathroom
The 50's room has a king bed and shared bathroom
The 60's room a full size bunk bed and shared bathroom

The 1st floor has has one sleeping areas:
The bridal suite has a full size bed and shared bathroom

Lots of privacy around this 3 acre estate, but the outdoor amenities are shared with the guest house.

Across the street is a church and caddy corner is a convenience store.

Plenty of parking on premises, the house is fully gated.

If interested in hosting an event, please see our other listing for the whole property. Guests caught hosting events without permission will be escorted off the property and forfeit their deposit.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, kindly be aware that smoking cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $200 per day.

This is an older home and is prone to maintenance issues. We do our best to correct issues quickly but please don’t expect perfection.

Please note that our tropical Florida environment may bring about encounters with various critters and insects. While we do have monthly maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed, sealing food properly, and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us.

A security deposit of $700.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date.
