The apartment was perfect. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . Location was great restaurants shops, even the grocery store within walking distance. I look forward to staying there again.

Patrick was so easy to communicate with!! Check-in was a breeze! This apartment definitely gives the island vibe your looking for! With the location being in Cruz Bay and so close to Mongoose Junction, it was a short walk to do the local things!! We enjoyed our time staying there and will most definitely stay again!

Great communication and very responsive to questions and island info requests. Room was in very good shape with a lot of amenities like beach chairs, etc. Had just about anything we needed. We loved the proximity to walk to Cruz Bay restaurants, etc. Highly recommend. Thanks P!

Patrick's place was clean and convenient to Cruz Bay. The unit is spacious and has a fully functional kitchen. We enjoyed the balcony which has views of the local baseball field, harbor, and mongoose junction, felt like we were right in the action. Was perfect for us and would recommend.

Conveniently located within walking distance of town. Unit as described with bonus of laundry within the building and detergent provided. Make sure to rent a car to get the full St. John experience and travel to the many beaches of the National Park.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay! The property is clean and smells wonderful. The communication is fast and effective. The parking is convenient. It is close to everything we needed. We had enough towels and linens for the whole stay. I love the intricate details the property has. I love that they have beach chairs, umbrella for when it rains, coolers, pitcher, and lots of hangers. I love the washer and dryer downstairs. I love the portable fan. Mr Griff and Mr Jeff were awesome. We hiked going to Salomon Beach. And I love that it was just right there. We had a boat day. And when we went home from the boat, they disembarked us right in front by the VI national park office. Mongoose Junction is just right in front. Everything was accessible. The open area was my favorite spot. Breezy and comfortable. The beds were awesome and comfortable. I would stay here again!! Thanks Patrick!

When we were there the cable tv wasn’t working an a pan in the kitchen was not there that I expected. The owner was very prompt in fixing the problems. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the outside deck and weren’t happy to have laundry machines to use in the basement that were at no extra cost. The location of the place made it walkable to many restaurants and attractions and it would have been easy to just not rent a car. We rented a car and had a nice flat designated parking spot. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Caneel Bay! Had everything we needed while on island - super clean, comfortable bed, a very responsive host, and you can't beat the location. We also loved the hummingbirds that visited every morning. We'll definitely stay here again.
