Your street level apartment, conveniently located on the ground floor, offers easy access to the shared spaces, including the courtyard. While these areas are shared with fellow guests, this unit has its own laundry facility for your convenience. This apartment is handicap accessible with only one step.

A gentle reminder that our property operates much like an Inn, and we kindly request that all shared spaces be treated with dignity and respect at all times. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 8 pm and 8 am, as per city ordinance. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
