Live the ultimate Santa Cruz beach life. This expansive corner home is tucked just one block off of West Cliff Dr, and directly across the street from Lighthouse Field State Park. The entire house faces the park and the ocean, bringing abundant nature and sparkling views of Monterey Bay into every room. Your neighbors here are the seals, otters, sea lions, dolphins, whales, seabirds and Monarch butterflies that live in the butterfly sanctuary across the street!

- 1 reserved parking space in the garage. Free parking is available on the street, however a spot can be hard to come by during the busy months.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, except a closet & the surf shack that are reserved for owner's storage. The owner's also store their vehicle in the right side of the garage, but the guests are able to park on the left side.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach (20 minute walk)
- The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park (40 minute drive)

- The Mystery Spot (15 minute drive)
- Capitola Village (30 minute drive)
- Monterey Bay Aquarium (1 hour drive)
Other Things to Note:
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
