Discover your cozy mountain retreat by the Pagosa Springs Golf Course – your home away from home. This clean and beautiful space features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and balconies on each side, along with a spacious deck. Located in Pagosa Springs' uptown area, you'll be near shops and restaurants, and only a 30-minute drive from Wolf Creek Area and the Continental Divide, offering stunning views.
You will have the condo to yourself. We will be available if help is needed.
Located at the peak of Putt Hill, the condo is located walking distance to Coyote Moon Lounge where libations, food, and entertainment can be found. Walking distance to some of our local antique stores, liquor store, and convenient store.
A short 5-minute drive to either uptown or downtown will bring guests closer to any and all amenities our humble town may provide. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores with merchandise appealing to any savvy shopper.
The entire condominium is available for guest use.
Upon arrival at our townhouse, guests will gain entry on the first level using a secure keypad. To the left of the entrance, the door provides access to the garage, which is exclusively available for guests throughout their stay.
The first level of this inviting home features a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient half bath, a stylish dining room, a comfortable living room, and direct access to the inviting deck. Guests are welcome to use the fireplace for added warmth and ambiance during their stay.
Venturing upstairs reveals three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms boast luxurious king-size beds, while the third offers a cozy queen-size bed. The master bedroom enjoys the added benefit of a private bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom.
Please note that the loft on the upper level is not accessible to guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the exceptional amenities and comfort our property has to offer.
Perfectly situated in town with access to both uptown and downtown with a quick 5-minute drive this condo is perfect for a family get away. Walking distance to local amenities, food, entertainment and more. Just off the Golf Course guests may witness a hole in one from the balcony or choose to show those on the course how it's really done.
As mentioned prior, quick access to uptown and downtown, guests can experience the entirety of Pagosa at a whim.
30-minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area guests can travel through the Rocky Mountains, cross the Great Divide, or hike the many trails available; guests are sure to find adventure lurking around every corner.
Pagosa is located in the middle of the Rocky Mountains and is approximately an hour's drive to other similar mountain towns such as Durango, and South Fork.
Located in the Southwest corner of the state, we are very close to the New Mexico State Line where even more National Parks, trails, lakes and more can be located and enjoyed by all.
Pagosa is rich in history, we happen to own bragging rights to the world's deepest geo-thermal mother spring that feeds a plethora of maintained soaking pools where guests can find rest and relaxation as they soak away the troubles of the world at hand.
We also boast the most snow in Colorado, should you be here during our winter months be sure to experience Wolf Creek Ski Area and slalom some slopes.
There is a pet fee of $30, with a limit of one pet, and pets must weigh 35 lbs or less.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.
Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.
