The Space:

This is a beautifully crafted and updated cabin along the banks of the San Juan River. It offers quick access to Wolf Creek Ski area and the national forest. There is a beautiful outdoor space with covered sitting area (enjoyable in the winter as well ), fire pit, and hot tub overlooking the river. The cabin has been updated with a beautiful master suite, new distressed hardwood floors, granite countertops, custom cabinets, and tongue and groove ceilings. This place truly is a work of art. Located just off of HWY 160 as your head north towards one of the best ski areas in the nation - the most snow in Colorado! There is an RV park just to the south of the cabin, but this cabin and the backyard is completely private. River access available to some of Colorados gold medal trout waters. You will find this a perfect getaway location nestled in the trees with many great indoor and outdoor amenities!

You have the entire home and entire backyard private for your use!



Other Things to Note:

The entrance for this home, and for the RV park are one and the same. However, the home is separate from the park and completely private.
