Immerse yourself in a multilevel retreat designed with your utmost comfort in mind. Each floor hosts unique features that cater to both privacy and communal enjoyment:

Main Floor: Central gathering space with kitchen, dining area, and a snug fireplace nook

Upstairs Floor: A family room oasis with a sizeable table, cozy seating, and entertainment options

Lower Level: A tranquil queen bedroom suite with a private bath and laundry amenities

Lowest Level: A recreational paradise with ping pong, a TV lounge, and a whimsical kids' play area

The house is yours to enjoy with exception of a two small storage rooms and garage that will remained locked during your stay.

No PARTIES, PHOTO SHOOTS, ADDITIONNAL GUESTS OR EVENTS of any kind allowed on the property without prior approval.

Because of the nature of the area, farm related noise is a possibility. This could include, tractor work, animal noises, or even discharging of fire arms.

No outdoor fires.

Occasionally, power outages may occur. Flashlights are provided.

Beautiful forest retreat

Tons of space for everyone to spread out. The upstairs and basement worked nicely for our teens to have a “hang out” and 4 bathrooms allowed for everyone to be comfy.

Great stay

The house has wonderful amenities for our family. We cooked at home and had everything we needed. Deer and bears can be found in the neighborhood. We took day trips to Portland and the Columbia valley. The kids (7 years old) loved the house.

Exceeds expectations

We (2 adults/parents) took 5 teens and young adults for a weekend ski trip and this place was perfect. Even more spacious than it appears in the photos

Quiet retreat

This was a great property for my family to stay for a wedding in the area. The house was probably the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at with great communication. The home has a ton of space and the “starters” of key items was much appreciated.

Wonderful cabin

We wanted to spend the new years in the snow so we rented this cozy cabin as close to mount hood as possible. The pictures give this property no justice. The home is amazing and very roomy and clean. Even though it was no snow at snow bunny lodge we layed by the fireplace and played games as a family!! 10/10 recommend

Hood Escape

The Hood Escape home was a great for our stay. The home was clean, kitchen is well equipped and the welcome snack basket was a bonus after a long drive. Our little ones loved the downstairs game room, thank you for providing toys. Although we were not able to enjoy the property much, I can see it be a relaxing location and great place to recharge. David and Sandi were very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend Hood Escape!

Spacious, peaceful, and well-equipped vacation home

Of all the vacation homes at which I've stayed, this one rates #1 in my book. Very spacious home where you can relax and have fun. The property is surrounded by woods lending to a peaceful and quiet location. Several different rooms offer choices in which to congregate, including the living room on the main floor, upstairs is a large game room with a table, couches, and fireplace, and downstairs is a recreation room for table tennis and a place for kids to play. My granddaughter loved the two huge bean bags. Outdoors are decks on two levels. We enjoyed eating many meals outdoors under the umbrella at a large table. The hosts have done an amazing job of providing everything needed above and beyond typical expectations, especially in the kitchen. We had fun playing outdoor games on the property. The hosts are friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this vacation home!

A very welcome retreat and gathering

The house was just as seen in the photos. We found it to be bery cozy and inviting. My group of 8 fit perfectly. When you come in the windows allow you to feel very much part of the surrounding forest. It was a vriliantly sunny day which just came right in. There wasnt a bad view anywhere. The beds were very comfortable. The master bedroom was a delight with its own shower toilet. The sliding doors to the pricate deck gave the room a very nice feel and view. There is a flat screen as well but we really di not ise it mich. There were several rooms to gather in for dinning or just gathering together. We just really enjoy how the house was just very fun and functional for us. Each area had it own inique feel and presence to it. All that said we could not have had a better stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.
