I do, however, want to clarify several points for accuracy and for future guests. All the issues you mentioned — including the refrigerator, cleaning concerns, and kitchen items — have already been fully addressed since your stay. When you reached out about cleanliness, I immediately offered to send cleaners back, but you declined. While many of your comments were mentioned only after your departure, I still took them seriously and have already completed a full deep cleaning and inspection of the entire unit, including the exterior areas. Regarding the refrigerator: As soon as you let me know it wasn’t cooling properly, I contacted the appliance technician right away. Unfortunately, he could not come the same day, and the repair required ordering a part — something outside of my control. This was communicated to you as soon as I received the update. The kitchen is stocked according to what is listed, and I have since added additional utensils and baking items. I appreciate you noting that I was flexible during your delayed checkout, and I’m committed to continuing to improve the experience for future guests.
