- The apartment is on the third floor, and there is no elevator; you'll need to use the stairs. Each staircase has about 14 steps.

- Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There is an extra one time fee per pet per stay (not included in booking total). The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: 1-2 nights: $100; 3-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $300; 59+ nights $300/month. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterwards, this fee doubles.
