That said, we’re truly sorry to hear that your experience fell short of expectations. We did not receive any communication about issues during your stay. We strongly encourage all guests to reach out as soon as possible so we can address any concerns in real time — especially maintenance or cleanliness issues. Regarding the items you mentioned: we would have been happy to assist with the garage light, golf cart, TVs, and WIFI. We do supply a starter kit of items and list this. Such as coffee, creamer, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs ect. We understand how frustrating these issues can be, particularly while traveling with family, and we do take them seriously. Your feedback will be shared with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure improvements are made. We’re disappointed to hear that this visit didn’t meet your expectations, and we do hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.
