This charming cottage is just a 3 to 4-minute walk to the beaches of 30A or a 1 minute ride in the cart, with no crossing over heavy traffic. As you walk into this expansive and recently updated home, you'll be ready to entertain or relax and enjoy your well-deserved beach vacation.

The kitchen and living areas are on the first level, along with a conveniently located Queen bedroom making it ideal for those who prefer first floor living. French doors open up to a private deck. The large wrap-around porch includes patio furniture perfect for outdoor entertaining and a propane gas grill. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for you to take with you to the beach.

The fully upgraded master suite on the second floor has a King size bed, a seating area, and a private balcony. The adjoining bathroom has a glass shower and a garden tub.

The third and fourth bedrooms are down the hall from the master, including a Queen bed in the third and two Twin beds in the fourth. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

On the third floor is the loft with a sleeper sofa. This fun space is perfect for adults and kids to hang out and watch movies, play games, or just relax, all while enjoying the views of the Gulf of Mexico!
