We are putting the finishing touches on the garage and entryway post-hurricane, but our beautiful updated 4 bed/3 bath large townhome is open and ready to host you and your family for an amazing vacation on the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico!

Have your own space and enjoy the comforts of home with TWO brand new HVAC systems, smart TVs, free WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, linens and towels, beach chairs, and toys!

Sunset Sanctuary is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome that accommodates 10 guests. This spacious property is set up for all of your friends and family and is located directly across the street from the beach. You will have your own elevator to help navigate your way around to each floor. The main floor is spacious and you will find it easy to entertain, whether it be to sit on the balcony to catch the gorgeous sunsets or utilize the updated kitchen and stay in for dinner. On the ground level, you can enjoy the private hot tub and relax in the resort-style seating area. Pack up your beach wagon and within steps, you will sink your toes in the Gulf of Mexico sands. Sunset Sanctuary is a place to make memories and make it your return destination year after year!

The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**

Kitchen: Ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4 slice toaster, Keurig & drip coffee maker, blender, knife block, granite countertops, and 4 counter stools. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Farm-style table with 8 chairs, buffet table, highchair, and sliding doors to balcony that has 4 Adirondack chairs.

Living Room: Sectional sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, TV & console table, hutch, end table, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King size 4 post canopy bed, chair, 2 nightstands, mirror, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and 2 pack-n-plays, sliding doors to a private balcony that has a table w/ 3 chairs, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Has a step-in shower, double vanity sinks, and soaking tub.

Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, TV, and sliding doors to private balcony.

Bathroom #2: Main floor bathroom w/step-in shower & single vanity. No tub.

Bedroom #3: Queen-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, TV on a console table, ceiling fan, sliding doors to a private balcony.

Bathroom #3: Upstairs bathroom with tub/shower combination and a single vanity.

Bedroom #4: (2) twin-over-twin bunk beds, table w/ bench, books, and ceiling fan.

Laundry: Full washer & dryer, folding counter, and sink

Covered Entrance Patio: Large hot tub, resort-style seating, coffee table, 2 ottomans, bistro table, dining table w/ 4 chairs, ceiling fan

Garage: Boogie boards, 8 beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, and coolers.

Experience breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico across the street from beautiful Indian Shores Beach! Walkable beach access is 300 yards in either direction.

Every morning, you can wake up and take a short walk to Indian Shores Coffee Company to enjoy some of the best coffee and fresh baked goods around. For lunch, choose from dozens of fun, beachy spots up and down Gulf Blvd. For dinner, take advantage of a short 5-minute walk to the amazing Salt Rock Grill for incredible seafood and steaks! Indulge in some cocktails and walk back to Sunset Sanctuary; no driving required!

​​​​​​​Per house rules, parties are NOT allowed. Overnight guests that are not included in the reservation are NOT allowed. Please keep the volume down after 10 pm. This is a family-friendly home. Maximum two families per booking. Maximum two vehicles per our driveway.

Our property is conveniently located halfway between Clearwater and St. Pete Beaches, making it the perfect spot to take pleasure in everything these beautiful areas have to offer. There is a convenient, low-cost (adorable) trolley that goes up and down Gulf Blvd and can take you to BOTH world-famous beaches.

Situated less than an hour from Tampa, you can enjoy some of the BEST sports in the country ("Champa Bay") including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa Bay Lightning! Plus, check out the Tampa Aquarium, Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, Busch Gardens theme park, the Glazer Children's Museum, multiple Michelin Star Restaurants, and much, MUCH more, just a short drive away!

Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf is just up the road. Publix Grocery store & Walmart are 4 miles away. Tampa International Airport is 35 minutes away.

Want to be out on the water? There are plenty of activities available to book including tiki bar boat rides, jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin-watching tours, island hopping, and more!

Indian Shores and Tampa Bay have everything you need for the most incredible vacation, no matter what your interests are!

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This home has spots for 2 vehicles to park in the driveway. Parking in the garage is not permitted at this time.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan 1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney are just two hours away.
