Another queen bedroom and a full-over-full bunk room are thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Both bedrooms share access to a well-appointed bathroom. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, these bedrooms offer a welcoming and tranquil space to unwind after exploring the Asheville area.

If you're traveling with a baby, the bungalow provides amenities such as a port-a-crib and high chair making it an excellent choice for families with little ones. If you wish to use the port-a-crib, please remember to bring some bedding for it.

HOUSE RULES:
• Rental Agreement, must sign upon booking, you will be taken through a checkout process that collects your email and requires you to sign a rental agreement, you will also need to provide information to set up your security deposit.
• Security Deposit, a $500 will be processed through our API-connected software. This deposit will take place one day before arrival and will be refunded within three days after departure, provided no damages are reported.
• Must be at least 25 or older to book and be must staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
• Please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the number of people staying. There is an additional guest fee of $150 per person per night if over our maximum occupancy. Visitors or unregistered guests are strictly prohibited from entering the home at any time, regardless of the duration of their stay.
• Check-in anytime after 4pm. Our cleaners charge $50-$100 for early check-ins, contingent upon your chosen check-in time and we pass this charge on to you, please note this is highly dependent on their availability.
• Checkout is at 10am. No late check-out's, late checkout’s will be charged and additional night.
• NO SMOKING INDOORS, please smoke outside and clean up afterwards. An additional cleaning fees up to $500 will be charged to remove the smell of smoke from the home, this will be charged to your security deposit.
• Parking available for 2 cars only, no remote parking.
• NO Parties. You (the person booking) will be held liable for all damages.
• For guest safety, we have security camera/s outside the property. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH the cameras. We will levy fees of $100 to those who adjust or cover these cameras.
• Please only sleep kids on the top bunkbed.
• No candles, confetti, hair dye or glitter.
• When showering keep the shower curtain liner INSIDE the tub and completely closed.
• Do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilets. No feminine hygiene products, flushable wipes, cleaning wipes or trash.
•Refunds: We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters.
• Host assumes no responsibility for any items left behind, and regrettably, we are unable to assist with retrieving or shipping such items.
• Use of any hot tub, equipment, fireplaces, and/or any other features of the property are entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that children and all non-swimmers should be supervised at all times.
• When using the grill ensure that it is at least 2 feet from the home. Place empty propane tanks next to the grill.
PET RULES:
• Pet fee is $150 for up to 2 dogs, each 50 lbs or less. Please make sure, if you are bringing a pet, it is accounted for on your reservation. $200 nondisclosure fee per pet if not on the reservation.
• Do not leave your dog/s unsupervised in the home, if you need to leave them they must be crated.
• Pet/s are not allowed on the furniture or in bedrooms.
• Must be house-trained
• Please ensure to pick up after your pets.
INCIDENTALS:
• As common for vacation rentals in our area, our cleaning service provides "start-up supplies" including: one roll of paper towels, one small liquid dish soap, 2 dish washer pods, 2 laundry pods, kitchen and bathroom trash can liners, one hand soap and face soap in each bathroom and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. These are travel size items, please be prepared to purchase more to get you through your stay.
• The property comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens and 2 bath towels per guest.
• Prepare to bring or purchase incidentals, like soap, shampoo/conditioner.
• Drip/Pod coffee maker. Bring your own Coffee.
