Das Haus befindet sich in einem gut etablierten Viertel am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend in Asheville. Das Haus ist umgeben von Wäldern und Sie können beobachten, wie sich eine Herde Truthähne auf den Bäumen abhebt. Bewundern Sie die friedliche Umgebung, genießen Sie ein gemütliches Essen auf der abgeschirmten Veranda und entspannen Sie im Whirlpool.

Unser kürzlich fertiggestelltes Haus verfügt über brandneue Möbel und einen offenen Wohnbereich mit großen Panoramafenstern, um in den Sonnenuntergang zu blicken und die Aussicht auf die Berge zu genießen. Du fühlst dich wie in einem Baumhaus. Eine abgeschirmte Veranda und ein offenes Deck mit einem Grill laden zur kompletten Entspannung ein.

Die Lage ist äußerst günstig, 10 Minuten geradeaus in die Innenstadt von Asheville, 4 Minuten zum Blue Ridge Parkway und 10 Minuten zum Biltmore House. Ein Supermarkt und lokale Restaurants sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Wir sind stolz auf die gut ausgestattete Küche, die von Barbara (der andere Hausbesitzer, ein ehemaliger internationaler Koch) fachmännisch entworfen wurde. Die praktische Anordnung ermöglicht das Kochen mit Familie und Freunden und wir haben sichergestellt, dass Glaswaren und Geschirr reichlich vorhanden sind. Die Grundausstattung ist verfügbar und wir bieten sogar Kaffee, Tee und frisches Obst.

Alle drei Schlafzimmer sind im zweiten Stock mit zwei Vollbädern. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen Sitzbereich zum ruhigen Lesen, Fernsehen oder Entspannen. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer bieten einen herrlichen Bergblick. Das Loft verfügt über ein Sofa und einen Schreibtisch. Das Sofa kann in ein Bett umgewandelt werden, damit eine 7. Person bequem schlafen kann. Alle Zimmer sind modern gestaltet. Gute Beleuchtung und Komfort sind uns wichtig und so haben wir das Haus entworfen.
Außerdem können wir Ihnen eine Garage anbieten, damit Ihr Auto im Sommer kühl und im Winter warm bleibt. Parken ist auch in der Auffahrt verfügbar.

Wir haben dieses Haus gebaut, um Ihnen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in den Blue Ridge Mountains zu bieten. Unser Haus befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite und wir werden unser Bestes tun, um Sie mit unserer Gastfreundschaft unter Wahrung Ihrer Privatsphäre zu versorgen.

I have been using vacation rentals for at least 23 yrs. This house has set the bar very high for any future rentals. The communication was superb from instruction on check in, answering any questions and inside the house there was instruction for every detail. The beds were comfortable along with every feature of the house. We enjoyed the visit of a black bear outside on our 1st morning. Excellent!

Amazing Asheville Stay

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! The home had everything we needed and so much more - It is by far the best stocked rental I have ever stayed in. Super clean beautiful house with all the amenities and good vibes you could ask for. Easy QR code on the walls for WiFi. Nightlights on the floor at night. Backpacks to borrow for hikes. Just 12 minutes to downtown Asheville and 10 minutes to the Biltmore Estate. Amazing hikes all around. Plus a truly great highlight was seeing momma and cub bear mid-morning walking beneath the deck. Love the EV charger for car and hot tub after hiking. Would love to come back in October when the leaves turn color. Jim and Barbara were lovely to work with. They even have an app for the house you can download that provides everything you need to know from access codes to recommended hikes. They've thought of everything.

Favorite place to stay in Asheville

We've been vacationing in Asheville for 15+ years now. This was our second stay at this property and it's definitely our favorite! We love the quite wooded location that is so close to everything we enjoy around town. The house itself is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with all of the amenities we could want. Jim & Barbara are incredibly responsive hosts and have really thought to provide everything we could need. We will definitely be back!

the house was very clean and well appointed. The screened porch amongst the trees was our favorite place for breakfast and wine at night. The hosts have thought of everything! They were so helpful and had everything anyone would need - even cream, milk and almond milk for coffee - and my two friends and I all have different “milks” we add to our coffee. Location close to everything with a car. we had an excellent time!

Beautiful house!

Jim and Barbara, the owners, are wonderful hosts. They have thought of everything which makes staying here so easy. The house is beautiful and I absolutely love watching the birds all day.... and I am not a birder. but with the feeders so close to the windows and basically hanging in the woods, makes for a very relaxing time. We had friends join us in the house at the last minute for one night and Jim and Barbara were very welcoming of them. We would stay again in a heartbeat and who knows as we continue our search for a retirement place we just might. Thanks!

Asheville getaway

Traveled for a girls trip and stayed for 3 nights. This is by far the best VRBO we have stayed at in our travel history. Jim and Barbara have thought of everything! We were greeted on arrival and communication with the owner was clear. Very comfortable and clean. So very organized . In a convenient location and so many helpful items. It’s like never leaving home. Environmentally friendly and bidets in all bathrooms! We did enjoy the hot tub in the evenings in the cool December air. It was perfect. Many laughs among friends. Definitely a place to return to in the future. Do not hesitate to book this property!

The most amazing stay near Asheville, NC

We met Jim for a quick hello when we arrived, which was nice to be able to be greeted and welcomed. Everything was so organized and thought out. He even had guest accounts on the smart TVs, so you didn’t have to log into and out of your accounts.. the list is very long for all that was thought out, including camp chairs to borrow to watch sunsets from the parkway, bug spray, back packs and hiking sticks one could borrow, a portable speaker.. I felt we were kindred spirits of a similar tribe. The house was so peaceful with the birds and the screened in porch. There’s a grocery store at the bottom of the hill, and Asheville is just 15 min away, and the blue ridge parkway is around the corner. I just loved our time there, I couldn’t give them enough praise and gratitude if I tried.

Our residence, nestled close to the summit in a quiet cul-de-sac, is one of three homes, with the neighboring one being ours.
