After breakfast, schedule a tee time and play some golf. the course is challenging yet rewarding, with stunning scenery at every turn. Enjoy the fresh air and the feeling of the sun on your skin. As the day heats up, you`ll be able to take a refreshing dip in the pool. The water is crystal clear and inviting. You`ll feel your worries melt away as you float lazily on your back, taking in the warm sunshine. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. The living room has plenty of room to lounge in front of a 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart television and electric fireplace with comfort under the remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for seven. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a Samsung side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located next to the hallway bathroom and features a King-sized Bed, 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and double vanity sinks.

Suite 2 is located next to the entrance doors and features a Queen-sized Bed, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. Bedroom 3 is located next to the laundry room and features a Full Over Full with Twin Trundle Bunk Bed, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet.

The hallway bathroom is next to bedroom three and features a bathtub, shower combo, and vanity sink.

Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. 1. NOISE LEVEL: `Quiet Time` in this city is from 10 PM to 8 AM, however, `Quiet Time` in this development is effective 24 hours a day. Loud parties in the home or on the premises are prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. The registered guest/licensee and their guests and visitors agree there will be no disturbance, annoyance, endangerment, or inconvenience of the neighbors. Due to the proximity of the houses, using vile or obscene language while outdoors is likely to disturb and annoy the neighbors. 2. PARKING: Parking is limited to the garage and driveway only. Parking at this house is available for 4 cars maximum, 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and no street parking. Parking vehicles on the street (anywhere outside of the driveway) are against the HOA rules and you will be fined and towed, although brief unloading is allowed. All vehicles must be parked parallel and not horizontal or you will be fined. RV campers and/or tents on the premises or parking area are forbidden and you will be fined. All fines and/or towing charges are the responsibility of the registered guest. Garage doors are to be closed when not in use.

3. HOME OWNER ASSOCIATION (HOA): This property is part of a Home Owner`s Association (HOA) with rules and restrictions that all tenants and guests must abide by. Tenants agree to maintain the premises in good order and appearance and abide by the HOA rules.

4. NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS: Actions by Tenants and/or guests that result in neighbor complaints or Police being called to this property will result in a minimum of a $500 charge to deal with potential HOA and legal issues & fines, which is payable by the registered guest.

5. REPORTING DAMAGE TO AGENT: The licensee agrees to keep the Property in good condition, and upon Licensee`s check-out, the Property will be left in a good and habitable condition. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, furniture or other notable condition found upon check-in will be reported to the Agent within two (2) hours of Occupancy.

6. DAMAGE POLICY: Licensee shall be responsible for all damage, breakage, and/or loss to the Property, except for normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties (as deemed by the Agent in its sole discretion) which may result from Licensee`s occupancy. Licensee agrees that all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, household contents, and other equipment and fixtures will be in the same condition upon check-out as it was at the time of check-in, reasonable wear and tear and damage by unavoidable fire and casualty of the only exceptions. The licensee understands that the Property will be inspected before to Licensee`s check-in and upon Licensee`s check-out. You acknowledge any loss and/or damage to the Property that will result in a charge or charges for repair and/or the replacement value.

LICENSEE HEREBY CONFIRMS THAT HE/SHE UNDERSTANDS THESE CHARGES MAY BE POSTED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE, OR If AGENT IS UNABLE TO CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD, HE/SHE WILL PROMPTLY (AND IN NO EVENT MORE THAN 10 DAYS) SUBMIT THE MONEYS DUE FOR FULL COST OF THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR.
