Great spot for groups or families. Everything was clean and well appointed. A couple of things (outdoor umbrella, vertical blinds, a dining room chair) were in need of repair but that didn’t impact us at all.

We had a terrific stay in this beautiful home! The bedrooms had very comfortable beds, the bathrooms and home was meticulous, the finished garage w/ pool table and the outdoor pool/hot tub/outdoor grill was a ton of fun. It was smooth checking-in and checking-out of the home. Wonderful neighborhood and easy to access the sites in Indio and Palm Desert. We highly recommend this property for your next stay!

We could not use the hot spa or pool because heating was not included in the price. Making people pay 100/day for heating is an insult considering the price we paid. Pool was dirty with leaves on the bottom. We did not receive the entry code and we had to call numerous times to get it. This was well after the check in time. Changing management from Vaasa to Casago led to this nightmare where we had to chase down someone from Casago via VRBO and then wait for the code. Terrible. Otherwise, the house itself was very nice and clean and everything else worked fine. Lack of Pool/spa heating and us not getting the code on time merited the two star rating.

Comfortable and Close to All Attractions

This home had plenty of space for our whole family. We really enjoyed the pool and pool table. The house was clean and in a great gated community that was close to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs.

Despite how beautiful the house was, we struggled to get answers from the company regarding heating the pool and hot tub, which was not resolved during our stay. We were very frustrated by the lack of response to our multiple inquiries. We would hesitate to book with Vacasa again after this trip.

Spacious relaxing and tranquil

This home was perfect for our group. Our group of 9 people felt comfortable to spread out and relax. The game room with pool table and large tv was PERFECT to keep everyone entertained. Couches and beds were all comfortable. Everything was very clean and management was very responsive and great! I have never had to do a virtual check in before, usually I am just given the access code the day of our arrival, but it was a very easy process and had no issues. The backyard was a dream and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We used the bbq and enjoyed the misters that kept us cool. Plenty of shade and seating. There isn’t complete privacy but neighbors surrounding all kept to themselves and seemed friendly. Pool was smaller than expected but with the attached jacuzzi and layout of the pool, it worked out great. Overall I would recommend this house to small and large groups of all ages and would return again! Great way to end our summer!

Needs full disclosure

Clean except for outdoor furniture which was dirty Lots of room to gather, nice size kitchen and large TVs. The listing should disclose that the bedroom with the king and queen bed is a garage conversion and there is no bathroom near the room. You have to walk to the other end of the house to use the hall bath that is shared with another bedroom. The backyard is nice with a spacious bar, but the pool/spa charge of $100 a day is ridiculous. The pool is not swimmable; only standing in a 4x5 ft area The rest is a Baja shelf. We asked to just heat the spa and we're told it had to be a package deal. That was disappointing, especially when we saw how small the pool was. The property manager would not give us the # to the main gate, where all renters and Uber drivers have to enter. We had 2 Uber drivers cancel on us, probably due to the hassle of getting in. The main gate always had a long line to get in. We could not enter through any of the other gates.

Nice place… bad experience

We got to the house about 6pm on our check in date and took a Quick Look around. What we thought was a bit odd was the 4th bedroom was in the garage, but it was set up very nicely and it was air conditioned so it was comfortable. And the pool is small, but it was nice for us since we had some little ones. Please take the 3D tour and look through all the pictures to get a good idea of these things. The issue started when my nephew tried to eat chips from under the couch… that was fun. So I quickly found the broom and cleaned up what I could get. Next morning I got a text from Vacasa saying they were having a pool maintenance person come by quickly, so that was fine. He was in and out very quickly. My issue was that on Saturday, my kids were about to get in the pool and we were getting our stuff ready for the grill… when they ran over to us to tell us that there were men in the backyard! I ran to the back to find gardeners setting up for what looked like tree trimming… so I texted Vacasa asking them what this was all about. I had two teenage girls ready to go outside and baby things set up by the pool. Vacasa simply said this was scheduled before our arrival, no apologies for the TWO HOURS taken away from our stay, The lack of communication of the maintenance, or the fact that it turned into a dust storm all over our food and baby things. In fact they were told to come whenever, they weren’t told about us being there… Bad experience as a parent.
