The condo's open-concept interior is bright and inviting, with all the contemporary home essentials furnished for complete guest comfort. You'll be able to plan and prepare home-cooked meals with ease in the full kitchen. Grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar or enjoy sit-down meals and game nights with family and friends at the full dining table. Comfortable seating and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. There is also a smart TV in the primary bedroom for added flexibility. (Currently there is not a working TV in the secondary bedroom). This home does have a pull-out sofa, so you can sleep a total of 6 (4 adults max for best comfort). Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
PETS
This is a pet-friendly rental. No aggressive breeds. Must be house-broken, crate trained, well behaved, and not be allowed directly on furniture. Bring your own covers for furniture, feeding bowls, dog beds, crates, etc
The pet fee is much cheaper than boarding your dog or hiring a pet-sitter. This should be collected when you book your trip. If we have to collect after your stay has begun, the fee will increase to $200. Do not forget to tell us you are bringing a pet and let us know what type and how many (max of 2)

Any dog trained to attack persons, property or other animals
or dogs trained to guard persons or property are deemed not
to be normal household pets and are therefore prohibited.
Owners, dependents, guests, tenants, and lessees (if allowed
per their rental agreement) are permitted to keep dogs, cats
or other normal household pets inside their respective units,
provided that they are not kept, bred or maintained for any
commercial purpose and do not create any health hazard.
The pet must not unreasonably disturb the peaceful
possession and quiet enjoyment of the property or other
owners, guests or renters.
All pets (including cats) must be under the control of the
person walking it and kept on a leash that does not exceed 7
feet in length at all times when outside of the unit.
The pet’s owner is responsible to clean up after the pet when
it relieves itself in the community’s common areas.

-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit. There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an extra fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, utility outages, etc.
-If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive later, or cancel your stay.
