Stylish condo near National Park/beaches/marina

Thank you for your feedback — we appreciate you staying with us! We apologise that you were met by a "substitute" on your arrival to the condo. We do want to clarify for future guests that we are very transparent prior to arrival that our co-host Helena relies on public transportation and may be traveling across town between check-ins. For this reason, we always communicate that arrival timing is important, as delays can affect scheduling. On the day of your arrival, Helena was assisting other guests some distance away. Rather than risk keeping you waiting, she made the decision to send a nearby member of our concierge team so you could be checked in promptly and comfortably. This is part of our commitment to making sure guests are never left waiting, even when coordinating multiple arrivals across the area. Regarding the Wi-Fi, the outage was caused by an issue with the condominium’s shared fiber optic network, which affected all units in the community. While outside of our control, we worked closely with building management and other condo owners to try expediate the repair, calling the internet provider several times a day during the entirety of your stay. Despite our repeated requests for the provider to send technicians, our pleas fell on deaf ears and internet was not restored until days after you checked out. We know how much of an inconvenience this must have been for you, and we felt terribly frustrated (and know you must have felt the same way). We hope your future travels are wonderful and that any trauma to you caused by this inconvenience is eventually healed.
