Exposed wooden beams, hardwood floors, and antique furnishings create a warm and inviting atmosphere for your family and friends. This home boasts a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two living room spaces equipped with comfy sofas and TVs. Step outside into the sprawling backyard/patio and discover your own private oasis. Featuring over 2,500 sq ft of pavers and a new heated saltwater pool, the backyard will suit all entertaining needs and relaxing staycations. Kids will love the large grassy area and the pool is suitable for both a refreshing swim or a leisurely float on sunny days. Unwind in the evenings around the Solo Stove fire pit, surrounded by the tranquil sounds of nature and tasteful ambient outdoor lighting.

This home can accommodate up to 8 cars.

KITCHEN: The kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and stainless steel refrigerator, as well as a small breakfast bar seating and adjacent farmhouse dining table.

LIVING SPACE: Both living rooms are equipped with wall mounted TVs and comfy couches; ideal for enjoying time with your guests or unwinding with the latest streamable shows and movies.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The backyard is private and fully fenced in. At ~8,000 sq. ft, it offers everything you need for year-round entertaining. Features include a large outdoor dining area with seating up to 8, propane grill, inground pool, and dedicated fire pit surrounded by classic Adirondack chairs. A variety of outdoor games such as cornhole and spike ball are provided within the house. 
Please note: The pool is available seasonally, typically from April to November. This may be subject to change as weather conditions affect the ability to maintain a comfortable water temperature.

BEDROOMS: All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor: 
- Primary Bedroom: Full bed + closet with additional linens
- Guest Room 1: Full bed + small desk 
- Guest Room 2: Twin bed with a twin pull-out (trundle)
- Sleeper sofa with a full bed available in upstairs living room

For families: A baby gate, pack and play, high chair and plastic dining supplies are all available free of charge!
