This loft condo was designed and remodeled to perfection taking into consideration every detail you need to enjoy your stay in Bettendorf, Iowa.
The fully equipped kitchen offers appliances such as stovetop and oven, dishwasher, microwave and full-sized refrigerator as well as basic cooking tools and supplies.
In the bedroom located on the second floor you will find an extremely comfortable queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress.
The bathroom features a large shower, a hair-dryer as well as complimentary toiletries and clean towels. Additional amenities include self-controlled A/C and closet space with hangers, an iron and ironing board. This loft is very well kept, professionally cleaned and sanitized after each and every use.
Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless, guests will enter through a secured door. Once you book you will receive a private entry code 24 hours prior to arrival.
**Reservations booked before April 15, 2026 include a $150 damage protection hold. This is NOT a charge, but a temporary hold placed on your card two days before checkout to ensure coverage in the unlikely event of damages. The hold is automatically released within 5 days after your checkout date, pending no reported damages. You will be contacted if any damage claims arise.
**For reservations booked on or after April 15, 2026, a flat damage protection fee of $35–$75 will apply. This fee covers incidental damages for stays under 30 days, allowing you to enjoy your visit with peace of mind and no additional out-of-pocket costs for accidental damage. After booking, you’ll receive a unique guest portal link with your damage waiver agreement, including full details for your review and signature. All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.
QUESTION OR CONCERNS Should you have any questions during your stay please contact myself and my property management team directly through the app so that it will be linked to your booking and details for our records. Should there be a more urgent need or emergency, please contact us by phone, text, or via your rental app.
PROPERTY ISSUES Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
HOUSE OPERATION This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
The TVs are Smart TVs. Free Roku live cable is available on the tv in the bedroom and free Youtube TV is available on the downstairs living room TV. You can use and log into any app you`d like on the TVs, just be sure to log out before you leave.
Our HOA provides exterior home care -- exterior lawncare, snow removal, and salting service when needed. If you ever encounter any issues with these services please reach out to us and we will create a support ticket with the HOA.
This is a NO-SMOKING property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a minimum $350 fee if you smoke at the property.
Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor.
The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased online on Amazon.
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $400 per repair.
TRASH Trash pickup is every week on Thursday. Please bring the bin to the edge of the front drive for pickup. Recycling pickup is every other week. Please ensure all trash is bagged before placing in the bin.
If your trash becomes full, bagged trash can be disposed of in trash cans and recycling can be placed in the blue recycling bins found outside behind the garage. Do not leave excess trash on the street as the city trucks will not pick up overflowing trash or any trash that has been put in recycling bins. Please reach out to us if you need assistance.
PET RULES All pets must be approved before arrival and added to your reservation. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the property without prior Owner approval. If pets are not disclosed before arrival, your reservation is at risk of fines and immediate eviction.
Pets are not allowed on interior or exterior furniture at anytime. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fee. You are responsible for picking up after your pets in the yard and neighborhood. We provide doggie bags for your convenience. If excessive waste is left in the yard, you will be charged a fine. When walking pets in the neighborhood, we require you keep them on a leash at ALL times.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS We would appreciate if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:
--Scrap food scraps in trash and start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasher --Bag and place all trash in outside trash bins --Place all used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets at the end of each bed and all wet towels in the bathroom tub for us to send to professional laundry service (please do not remove the mattress protectors or zipper pillow protectors) --Please turn off all lights and lock exterior doors upon exit

Place was nice and clean when we arrived. It had everything we would need, didn’t have to run and get anything. There’s a Hy-Vee grocery store just down the road and restaurants are all around. I really liked the soft fluffy towels. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place
It was a most enjoyable experience. McKenzie went above the call of duty in communicating with me and accommodating my questions and requests for changes. A big thank you for that! The condo was clean and in great shape. All was as described. Really nice neighborhood with nearby shopping and restaurants. Very good access to location for outings into the area and beyond. Will definitely stay there again (reservation is already made).

Neat condo
Due to a scheduling conflict I was asked to consider a different unit, which I readily agreed to since my host was very helpful on a previous visit. Turns out she reassigned me to a property that was neat, very clean and seemed recently renovated. It also was in a good location for me to get around the area, so I was happy with the assignment.
Will definitely consider this location should my travels take me there again.
