This is an upstairs half of a duplex. In a great neighborhood. Outfitted with everything you might need. It’s not an overly big place, but it’s not small either. And seems perfect for a quick stop or an extended stay.

We are walking distance to the Taxslayer Center. Two minutes to the 74 bridge, and just a few more to anywhere else in the Quad Cities.

I’ve been running a vacation rental for almost four years now, but I’m just joining the Vrbo team. It has been really great, and I’ve been able to meet a lot of wonderful people!

Very Nice Accommodations!

I enjoyed my overnight stop here. The upper duplex unit was clean, quiet, and cozy. The host was very easy to communicate with and everything was just as pictured and described. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice walk from the place to a great dinner at Lemongrass Thai. Comfortable bed, liked the neighborhood and an overall great space to relax on the last leg of our trip.

This is my second time staying here as my daughter goes to school in the area. The location is excellent. It is pretty close to 74 so there is a little road noise but that also makes it really easy to get around the quad cities. The accommodations are top notch. Nothing super fancy but it has all the amenities, clean linens and a comfortable bed. For those with limited mobility the tub does require you to step into it but it was not a problem for my crew. Josh is an excellent host. Quick with communicating and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property and will try to book this place whenever I am in town to visit my daughter.

Perfect for me

It was truly easy to get anywhere from this location. The property had everything I needed, including all I needed to eat in if I wanted to. Very clean and well decorated. The driveway was a bit tricky at first to get in and out of, but I quickly mastered it. I will be back.

A cozy stay in the Heartland

We stayed very pleasantly at this property at the start of our vacation and at the end. In fact, it was almost like getting home…we were familiar w/ the apartment and town. Josh is very accommodating.

Conveinent and cozy

Awesome place! Recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of kind touches included such as pizza, breakfast items, soap etc. The Vrbo listing had hot tub listed as amenity in error but there was a nice deep tub in bathroom. Glad to have found this place and would stay again!
