Beautiful, comfortable home! Several nice sitting areas, great kitchen, nice outdoor seating although it was too cold to use it. Easy to get to and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

We had a great stay during a fun weekend in Davenport. The home is deceptively large with plenty of room for a comfortable visit. The house is conveniently located to just about everything! The bedrooms were really comfortable and we all slept great! All of the furniture was clean and cozy!The hosts provide all you could need during your stay - tons of books, games, and a fully stocked kitchen. They were easy to communicate with and checking in and out were a breeze! We will definitely consider a repeat visit!

Very pet friendly! However the yard is so overgrown it does diminish the usefulness. The house is clean and comfortable inside. The location is Fantastic! Hosts are very easy to communicate with. I have stayed here more than once and will stay again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s been wonderful both times. Very spacious with two living room and dining areas and complimented well by a large kitchen. Worked very well for making meals for the family for our stay. The location of the house is conveniently located by restaurants and stores in Bettendorf.

A 4.5/5 stay!!

This home is in a great location! It is right off I-74 and convenient to everything we needed in the area. We loved that it is right next to the Duck Creek bike/walking trail. It also has very comfortable living room/den furniture for a short term rental. :)The ice machine in the fridge did not work, but the owners did kindly offer to bring ice to us. I would just suggest having some already on hand for your next guests.

Great Property

Property is just as described in the listing. Older home but well kept. Communication was fast and friendly. Lots of room, two living rooms. Only negative, has only two TVs for the property. One in living room and one downstairs. It would have been nice to have extra TVs maybe in bedroom and other living room.

Quaint stay

We stayed here with 5 adults and it fit us comfortably. We were there for a concert at the Vibrant Arena and it was a quick and easy 5 minute drive. The place was just as described on the listing and very clean. Check in process was simple and the communication with Steve was great. We will book again for any event at the venue.

Great Location

I loved the location. Fenced yard was great for bringing my dog along. Kitchen was nicely stocked, making preparing Christmas dinner for 8 a breeze. Communication with property manager was timely, informative and friendly. I recommend this house for comfort and location.
