Very clean unit, plenty of towels, beach towels, beach equipment etc...One or two minor issues but hosts were in constant communication throughout and did what they could to resolve the situation quickly. Painless arrival and departure procedures. Would definitely stay in this again.

Beautiful condo with a great view. The sunsets were amazing. The condo was updated, loved the bathrooms, kitchen had everything you need. The beach was absolutely amazing. The pool was very nice, lots of chairs. Would highly recommend it! Please note you will need to bring or purchase, trash bags, dish soap & toilet paper.

The Pearl was absolutely wonderful. It fit our needs just right. It was very clean and spacious! We have stayed at other complexes on Navarre Beach for over 30 years but will definitely be coming back to The Pearl!!!

Condo was beautifully remodeled. Very clean! Nice comfortable furniture. They really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Beach towels, beach chairs to multiple coffee pots to make sure you can brew your perfect cup of coffee. We will be back!

First time visitor - definitely coming back!

Loved the location and condo amenities. We usually rent a house, however, renting a condo on the beach has definitely changed us for future stays!

Wonderful condo and views

This was a great condo! Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to all of the restaurants and shopping. The beach was exceptional and pods of dolphins swam by while we were on the beach! I would recommend this one to everyone! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Beach Place on Marco Island.

Highly recommend. Really great place to stay on Marco Island. Ideal location. Awesome balcony and view. Great beach with all the beach gear you could ever need in the outdoor storage shed. Dolphin's swim by every day. The pool is great if you prefer that to the beach. Everything you need is included in this unit.

A Piece of Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo. The views are simply amazing. The condo is very well- maintained and clean. The condo made the perfect setting for a splendid week at the beach for our family. My 9 year old daughter especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us! We hope to stay in this condo again! Thank you.

PERFECT!

Just returned from a wonderful week at this PERFECT condominium. We had everything we needed for our stay and then some. The accomodations and the views were absolutely beautiful. Management company is very helpful and easy to work with. Our favorites: Joeys Pizza, Nenes for breakfast, Captain Ron's Waverunner Tour, kayaked out of Tiger Tail park, furnished chairs, coolers and umbrellas. We will definately be returning to this specific unit. Thank you for everything.

Great location

Marco island is a great place to vacation. The beach, pool, and so many activities are all close to enjoy. We needed one with a big lvg room so this condo worked well. The beds were comfy and I was told even the hideaway sofa bed was comfy once the bar was remedied. Kitchen was well supplied. Found the blender pitcher in hall closet after we already had pina colada night. Be prepare to bring your own garbage bags, laundry soap and dryer sheets, and TP. For the good price, nice condo, and great location I would stay here again.

Awesome corner beach view

A great location. So many extra amenities added such as coffee filters, beach chairs & toys. Even the outside furniture was very well made - not cheap plastic. We needed 1 thing while we were there for 7 days & our request was immediately taken care of within a few hours. We liked how the elevator automatically goes back to the ground floor & the door is always opened unless in use. Staff was very friendly. We definitely recommend this condo. It is a corner unit & the view is phenomenal. Excited to return.

A very good value for the price

A family of three had a great time in this condo. Clean, well maintained. Easy process of renting. Views are exceptional, kitchen is well stuffed with plates, utensils, cups... Both showers were clean and neat. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Some minor issues with blinds and screen door (but who doesn't have them). Will gladly come back to this condo again.

Perfect location. We had looked at some places that were cheaper and closer to Tigertail beach but after actually going there I am so happy we spent a little bit more to be closer to the actual beach because it would have been a long hike. Pictures can be deceiving. We did go for a walk on Tigertail and it had exact same shells as where we stayed. The beach accessories were a huge bonus! We used the tent,chairs and floating loungers every day. The wagon really made it easy. Inside it was super clean and honestly looked exactly like the pictures. We didn’t care for the sleep number bed in master bedroom, but that’s just preference. I really liked that they allow for some items from previous guests to stay in kitchen like a few spices, aluminum foil and more. Nothing expired and all very nice and neat. There were plenty of extra towels, beach towels, extra blankets. The AC was very cold even on heat advisory days. The staff at condo as well as management company all nice. I worked closely with gulfshore management on a few issues and they were VERY good at follow up and communication. Keys were a big issue but they are working to get locks changed. The keys wouldn’t work in the door so much that we had to leave door unlocked the whole week or we were afraid we would be locked out. This was def scary every time we left but luckily nothing was stolen and we didn’t come back to strangers sleeping on the couch enjoying our air conditioning and AMAZING view haha.

Beautiful location

We have been to Marco Island several times but had never stayed in an end unit in Seawinds. This unit was beautiful with a fantastic view. It was fully equipped for cooking and had all the necessary items to head to the beach. The bedrooms had lots of room and we even put a pack n play jp in the guest room and had plenty of space. The only down side was the dryer. I had read the reviews and tried everything, but it took forever to dry anything. Overall it was a great week and our 11 month old granddaughter loved the pool and the ocean.

great location and outstanding views

The property was not stocked with dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, dish soap etc. We have never had this problem before in a high dollar rental. The master bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable. The patio furniture outside was wonderful. There were no beach chairs. Overall the location, view and patio are the great things about the property

We leave one day worth of hand and dish soap and then you are responsible for the rest. The master bedroom is a sleeper sofa so you would need to turn it on to your specific liking, there is a remote on the nightstand. The beach chairs along with umbrella and kart are located in the storage closet, which is explained to you on your key packet. Glad you enjoyed the patio furniture

Amazing location!!

We had a great week here! The beach access is priceless. The bar/grill next door was very convenient for the nights we didn’t want to drive to go out to eat. The storage closet is equipped with beach equipment that we didn’t have to buy. That was a very nice bonus! The condo was very spacious. Perfect for our family of 4. The only downfall as others have stated. The dryer needs replaced. I washed a load of towels the night before the end of our stay so that the cleaners didn’t have to. After 4 hours, they were still wet. Other than that. All good and definitely recommend.

We are are so glad you enjoyed your stay, the dyer is ventless and it condenses evaporated moisture collecting the water in a removable tank. Once the tank is full it just needs to be emptied or it will not dry. The tank is located in the front of the dyer and is super easy to remove. Usually the cleaners do this before each stay and it sounds like this got missed, so I apologize.
