Die Einstiegsklasse umfasst eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Einheit sowie eine Höhle mit einem Fernseher und 2 Doppelkojen (4 Betten). Die zweite Ebene hat einen Ausgang zum Vorderdeck mit wunderschönem Bergblick und eine hintere Veranda mit Grill und Whirlpool. Diese warme und einladende Etage verfügt über ein zweiteiliges Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Essbereich und ein großes Zimmer mit einem Flachbild-TV, einem Gaskamin und einer Ausziehcouch. Die dritte Etage verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Queensize-Bett und eigenem Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett über Queen-Etagenbett. Beide Zimmer verfügen über Fernseher, Kommoden und Kleiderschränke. Es gibt ein zweites Badezimmer auf dieser Ebene. Badezimmer, Küche und Eingang sind mit beheizten Fliesenböden sowie wunderschönen Tannenschränken und -türen ausgestattet.
Ein ruhiger, 10-minütiger Spaziergang durch den Valley Trail (nachts beleuchtet) zum Dorf und 5 Minuten mit den Skiern zur Basis des Mount Morrisey. Der beheizte Außenpool und die Eisbahn sind ebenfalls nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.
Sun Peaks ist weltbekannt für sein Skifahren und ein fantastisches Sommerziel mit einem wunderschönen 18-Loch-Golfplatz, Reiten, Mountainbiken, Wanderungen durch die Wildblumen, Geocaching und natürlich täglichen Besuchen von Schokolade und Eiscreme aus den Rocky Mountains Geschäft!

Winter ski trip

Stayed here for a week with my husband and son. The unit was clean and had everything you could need. We lived the location, close to walk to the village, ski-in ski-out and in a nice quiet area.

Lots of room

Our group of 6 had plenty of space. A variety of beds fit our group well. Kitchen was well stocked. We walked to the nearest ski run or skied on the street on the snowy days. Short drive to the village. Host communicated everything we needed to know for a great trip!

Loved our stay

Great property - well equipped, warm and comfortable beds. Very nice hosts were fanastic to deal with. Trails Edge is a good location it's about 5 mins walk to the end of the street which gets you a trail that takes you to Orient and Morrisey chairlifts. Only a short walk (10 mins) into the village. We would happily stay again.

Great for family ski vacation

This is a wonderful property for family ski vacation. The townhouse is well located with great access for ski in /out and easy walk to the village. The townhouse is very well maintained, fully stocked and clean. Owners provide excellent communication. We would highly recommend this property.

Great place!

The town home was just as advertised on the website. Very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The village was about a 10 minute walk and the ski in and out access made getting to and from the slopes convenient. Having the hot tub right outside the back door was also nice. Would stay here again on a return visit to Sun Peaks.

Charming condo great location!

Perfect walking distance to the village/ski hill. Perfect spot to ski in/out as well. The condo has everything you need. Hot tub was fantastic after our long ski days. And the heated tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms were an added bonus- our favorite part (little kiddos ate their breakfast sitting on the kitchen floor!). We'll definitely return!

Great place, friendly & helpful hostess

property was as advertised, was clean and well stocked, clingwrap, salt, utensils, etc. We plan to return every year and will happily come back to this property. The hostess was excellent with giving us information on ski tickets, what's going on etc. She made the stay a lot easier for us and we felt very welcome in her place.

Wonderful Place

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is as pictured, clean, great art work by Alex (assume the owners young kid), and is well stocked for all of your needs. We took advantage of the large hot tub at the end of long ski days and utilized the fun board games provided for evening fun. The condo easily sleeps 9 and is built for a comfortable stay. The owner is responsive and accommodating. Enjoy!

The sun was peaking..

Mary’s place was perfect for our family gathering. Loved the sunset view from the top floor en-suite and the living room/kitchen space for our family of 7. Be prepared to park your car outside the garage as it is used as an entry and gear storage space. Well located for skiing and access to the village trail. We plan on returning!

Recent stay at Trails Edge

We had a fantastic time at the property. Mary was so easy to connect with and could not have been more helpful. All the amenities were taken care of, so we only needed to bring our food and Ski gear. The unit is a short walk away from the Village and is in a great spot to get to the lift as well. We will definitely be back for future visits.

Great Sun Peaks townhome!

We had two families staying together at this townhome during spring break, 7 people in total. Beautiful, highly functional and well-stocked townhome, very much as advertised. Great for groups with 3-4 kids as there’s a bedroom with two sets of bunks on the ground level. Excellent location with short walk to village centre and easy ski-in/ski-out access to Orient and Morrisey chairs. Hope to be back some day!

Great for Families - Lots of Room

Unit was exactly as described. By far the best stocked kitchen of any rental we’ve ever stayed in - baking dishes, hand mixer, rice cooker and a crock pot and enough dishes for 10 people or more, plenty of pots and pans and full sized appliances and a gas bbq. Great option if you want to prepare your own meals. Hot tub was a big hit too! A short walk to end of cul de sac takes you to the ski in ski out access so no driving to the lifts.

very nice, clean and comfortable.

We loved Sun Peaks, and the comfort of the unit. We plan to visit again in the future. Due to snoring, hubby decided to try the pullout and said that even the hide a bed was comfy! Mary, the owner answered all questions and was great with providing tips on where to eat. A couple of things that would be really nice additions would be to provide a seat bench in the garage for easier removal of ski boots. Also a full length mirror upstairs would be great, although the one downstairs was wonderful for the vein skiers in our family. A broom upstairs would be great too. Again, we loved the unit. Plenty of room to spread out and relax after a great day of skiing.

Perfect Easter weekend!

We had stayed at 2 other homes in the Trails Edge development but this was our first stay in the "middle" row of homes. Check-in was seamless, home was very clean with an extensive variety of board games and movies to chose from. Kitchen was arguably better equipped as far as spices etc. and pots and pans than I've had in other rentals. Linens were comfy and hot tub was a soothing 104 F. Was a bit concerned that the hot tub wouldn't be private as other units along this row have homes above them but no worries as it was just a snow-banked road above. Mary and Jeff were very helpful as they called to check if all was well our first night there and it was fortunate timing as the WiFi and Cable was on the blink. Jeff had a couple of suggestions and 5 minutes later I was able to reboot and everything was A OK.

Can only rave about this rental!

The home is very nice, clean and welcoming. The bunk beds down stairs are perfect for older kids and the bunk beds upstairs are a great idea for younger ones. The en-suite in the primary bedroom was a luxury. We enjoyed the big hot tub out the back door, was quiet and private. Mary thought of everything - the simple things that make a difference- extra paper products, hand cream in every bathroom and hair products in the shower. Ski out is down the condo’s quiet roadway (about 100m) cut between condos on a trail and then about 50m till you are on your way to Orient or Morrisey. Ski home was fun and easy. From the Morrisey Connector trail entered the Sun Peaks Road/corner of Bella Vista Drive and skied along the snow berm to our condo’s roadway. Easy! This was a roomy, comfortable and convenient rental. Would highly recommend for 6-8 guests.

We are a family of five that lives just 45 minutes from beautiful Sun Peaks Resort. We ski, snowboard, snowshoe, hike, golf, and enjoy all the winter and summer activities and fresh air the resort has to offer. Our partners in this property are from White Rock, BC.

We grew up skiing all over the interior of British Columbia and, being in the industry for several years, my husband has skied all over North America. We LOVE this place and believe that you will too. Trails Edge is a beautifully constructed, well-designed resort property. It is a beautiful walk along the snow-covered village trail to all the action and a short trek on skis to the nearest lift (The Orient) and only another 100 yards to Mount Morrisey - one of 3 mountain faces for you to discover. The outdoor skating rink and concert arena, news kid's park and tennis courts are within a few minutes on foot.
