Thank you for hosting us! The location was GREAT! We walked to the beach, and enjoyed the close proximity to dining and shopping. The house was clean and well-appointed. Management brought us a coffee carafe within a couple hours of my message, as well as additional dishwasher pods. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was in the middle of anywhere we wanted to visit, and not a long walk at all to the beach. Breakfast and coffee was also a short walk away.

great location

Overall stay was great. the location is nice, very close to beach and boardwalk. The only con was noise from being on the main drag leaving town, but it was tolerable. thanks again.

Nice property, great location

Close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and activities. Property had nice sized rooms with comfortable beds. Lots of closet space, fully equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer in one of the two bathrooms. My only complaint is that you need to enter a name and email address each time you connect to the WiFi.

Fantastic house for a first-time VA Beach Visit

I’ve never been to VA Beach before, so I planned to come for a couple days to celebrate my mother’s birthday with some family members. First off, the host provided us with some of their favorite spots, which was incredibly helpful considering this was my first time here. It definitely helped with planning her birthday dinner! The beds were incredibly comfortable, helping us with getting a good night’s rest everyday. The house was very clean and homey! Not to mention it’s a straight shot to the beach. Just barely a 10-minute walk and you’re at the boardwalk! This a definitely a great location to book in case you want an easy time going to the beach without thinking about parking. They also provided beach chairs and towels, which came in handy (very light weight so I had to problem carrying them). During our stay, the AC went out (wasn’t the host’s fault—things happen). I messaged them and the response was IMMEDIATE! One of the hosts came to the property ASAP to assess the problem—incredibly nice and professional! I’ve already decided that I’ll be back and will rebook this same Airbnb. My only suggestion is that they keep non-degradable food items like spices available (salt, pepper, etc). This truly was a picture perfect stay in my opinion!

Overall the house was nice and had everything we needed. There is a lot of noise outside since you are close to town. Little touches that we look for like a large selection of board games, beach wagon, and a hose to clean the sand off of things outside were lacking.

We appreciate your suggestions about adding more games, a beach wagon, and an outdoor hose, and we’ll keep these in mind as we continue improving the guest experience. We also understand that being close to town can come with some outside noise. Thanks again for staying with us!

Thank you for your stay. We were surprised by the 4/10 rating, as the only issue reported during your visit was an intermittent Wi-Fi problem, which we addressed promptly. No other concerns were brought to our attention, so we weren't given the opportunity to resolve them. We encourage guests to let us know if any issues arise during their stay so we have the chance to make things right.
