The house was perfect for our trip very comfortable privacy for each couple. The individual bathrooms and private suites were perfect. Plan on booking again for next year.

This is a wonderful property. We rented it for a short family vacation and it was perfect for our needs. The house is spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom suite has its own full bathroom. The kitchen and bathrooms were adequately stocked with enough supplies for a multi-day stay. The property is located in a quiet area that is a two-block walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to rent this property whenever we return to Virginia Beach.

The house is incredibly spacious and for a group of ladies, there are a perfect amount of showers and kitchen space! The layout is lovely and it's the perfect distance from the beach to walk. We're already talking about staying there again.

Multiple family stay

It’s at a perfect location to walk to the beach and a grocery store. The set up was great for multiple families vacationing together. All necessities were provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was fine. The house is old but has been updated. There were some areas that hadn’t been cleaned but overall it was a good place to sleep.

Loved this home!

I traveled with my friend, my daughter and her friend. I knew the house was nice from pictures, but so much better than expected. My daughter and her friend stayed sweets upstairs. When I say these sweets are amazing… i mean amazing. Kids were so excited!!! House was very clean and well decorated. Worth every penny. Location was also a plus. Literally a 5 minute walk to beach for us. I would love to book this home again next year.

Amazing multi family property

The house is exactly as advertised. Two full suites (with kitchenettes) upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. Perfect for multi-family vacations looking for a centrally locates place to stay at the beach. Frank and Yanna (may have misspelled) are both very helpful and ready to support anything you may need. Beach is less than a 5 minute walk. Grocery store within 2 minute drive. Easy checkin / checkout process. Highly recommend!

Great house for hosting Multiple Families

This was an awesome house that was 3 blocks walk to the beach. The house is set up for 3 separate bedroom areas which was perfect for a family get together of 5 adults and 3 kids. Each of the 2 areas upstairs had a room with a queen bed connect to a room with 2 double beds and each area had their own bathroom and refrigerator. The downstairs also had a room with queen and separate bathroom. The check in process was easy and the owner was easy to get a hold of the day we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked to enable us to make a couple of meals at home while there. The house has an external shower which was nice for washing off the sand after returning from the beach. Also, a grill was provided in the backyard which allowed us to grill one night. This house definitely met our expectation and was cheaper than renting 3 separate hotel rooms on the beach for our visit. Will definitely look to rent this place again if we decide to visit VA beach in the future.

Roaches

My friends do a group trip every year and this had to be the worst communication with a property owner we have ever had. Throughout the entire trip the owner did not respond to any of my messages until finally after I had to call Virbo to get into contact with the owner. Also there were multiple cockroaches on the property. We took pictures of them and the owner told us they were “water/palmetto bugs”. It wouldn’t surprise me if we didn’t take pictures she probably would have just ignored it because there was no proof. The owner also kept saying that it is a “Beach Town” and this happens. Everything that was not the property and the property owner was a great experience. Just be aware for what you are signing up for.

Great family beach getaway

Beautiful house in fantastic location! Very clean and nicely decorated. Ample parking and super easy check in process. Overall, a really nice place and very comfortable. Only a couple of issues: house described at 5 bedrooms and we had 4 adult couples. It’s really 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs with attached living room suites- quite nice and roomy. But since you have to walk through this room to get to bedroom, it’s not conducive to more than 3 couples but probably fine for younger kids. With 8 adults, we only had 1 bath towel per person and zero washcloths. When I asked about this the response back was that is all they provide and I can use laundry area to wash/reuse as needed. We also couldn’t get 4 of the 5 tvs to work. Finally got the downstairs family room to work but couldn’t use either of the upstairs family room tvs or one of those he upstairs bedroom tvs. When I asked how quickly this could be resolved the next morning the response I got back was whether the internet was working. Not sure who/ how property is managed but left bad impression on an otherwise nice place. Not so much that I had to buy my own washcloths at Walmart or not watch tv, but that the property manager just didn’t seem to give a hoot.

Great place and location. Able to walk to beach, restaurants, shops. Roomy enough for privacy for 3 families. Would stay here again next time we are in Virgina Beach.

Fantastic location!

A group of us stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. The location is fantastic! The home was very clean. Check in was easy. We were noisy the first night and Frank had to call and ask us to keep the noise down. He was very polite about it. The neighbors are very close.

Absolutely would stay again!

We loved this property. The location was great. We are a family of 6. One of the children has cerebral palsy, and we were worried about the walk to the beach. However, it was seriously that close. He was able to make the walk multiple times a day with minimal issues. The house itself was large enough for everyone to have their own space. It is a neat layout with the extra 2 mini kitchens. It must have been a duplex or something at some point. But it was really nice in the middle of the night, you didn't have to walk downstairs to get a drink. We also loved the multiple bathrooms and the outdoor shower (which was a must with 4 kids coming from the beach). The only things you need to bring are your beach items, like beach towels, umbrella, chairs, etc. We really, really enjoyed this beach house and would definitely book again.

The property was clean, and smelled great when i first walked in. Frank was attentive to the issue with the refrigerator and the grill running out of gas, and was resolved immediately!

Getaway with a family of 10

The house was beautiful, and only 2 blocks from the boardwalk!! It was great for my wife and I, and our 4 kids and their SO's. If I had to find negative, which there really wasn't, I would say to make sure you bring your own washcloths, as that was the only thing that we couldn't find, lol!!!! No, but really, the house was great and roomy, and and in a great location in proximity to the beach!! 5 🌟 ⭐ 🌠 💫 all the way❤

Cute summer cottage
