Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. The photos in the listing are recent and accurately reflect the apartment. The dining table and some furniture have a rustic, vintage look, but they are solid, well-maintained, and clean. I was surprised to read your comment about cleanliness and mold, as you did not mention any of these concerns during your stay, and the apartment is regularly inspected and cleaned thoroughly between guests. There is no mold on the ceiling or anywhere else in the unit, and I believe this may have been mentioned out of frustration regarding the refund request. As for the water and power issues, I completely understand how inconvenient that was. Unfortunately, this was due to a major regional water outage in the entire north of Puerto Rico caused by a break in Manatí, which was beyond anyone’s control. During that period, the building scheduled limited water availability (6–8 AM, 12–1 PM, and 6–8 PM), and I personally delivered 6 gallons of water and a case of bottled water to help. When you requested a full refund, I offered to refund the unused nights if you chose to check out early, but you decided to stay. I always do my best to support guests and ensure they are comfortable, even in situations outside my control, and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future visitors.
