As always Brooks and Shorey provided a "Sparkly clean" condo. Anytime there is even the tiniest request (microwave bulb) they are there to take care of it soon. At this point we would not rent from any other management company as they have always treated us well.

Great condo

This unit in Gulf Dunes is so nice. It was fairly clean, probably could have been swept a little better as it felt like there was sand on the floor. There was plenty of space, the unit was well furnished, check in was a breeze and communication with the management company was excellent. We will no doubt be renting this unit again in the future.

One of the best vacations

We try to stay at different condos when we make our yearly visit, but Gulf Dunes #308 was one of the best. Loved the beachy decor. Exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable. Just steps from beach & just far enough from hustle & bustle of Destin. Would definitely stay there again

Perfect location, perfect property

Everything was just as advertised, the access to the beach was right there. The beach was not crowded at all especially being a holiday week. We have everything we needed, the kitchen had everything you needed. Pots and pans where in great condition. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. Will definitely being stay here again in the future!

The condo's are always beautifully decorated, extremely clean and I have always had a good experience with my friends and family here. The location is perfect because it is away from the crowds and usually mostly occupied by families. The beach is beautiful and you are only a few minute drive from Destin and Fort Walton attractions.
