Great condo

This unit in Gulf Dunes is so nice. It was fairly clean, probably could have been swept a little better as it felt like there was sand on the floor. There was plenty of space, the unit was well furnished, check in was a breeze and communication with the management company was excellent. We will no doubt be renting this unit again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 308 was perfect for our trip. The condo clearly has been renovated recently and was very nice inside. Tons of space. The bunk bed room makes it feel like a full 3 BR condo. No complaints about the unit at all.

Perfect Location

This property was very conveniently located and had a beautiful view. The unit was very clean which was extremely important to us. Management was very easy to reach and came immediately when we had a problem with the garbage disposal. My only disappointment was that the pictures showed very thick cushions on the patio furniture and there were no cushions at all. The patio furniture was not comfortable to sit on so I just ran to target and bought my own cushion so I could enjoy my coffee watching the waves roll in. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was excellent Buuuutttt the patio furniture was horrible !! Did not match the pictures, very uncomfortable, not a pleasant outside eating area and we love to eat outside. Needs to invest in better seating outside. Would probably not stay again because of this, but inside was great.

Enjoyable Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gulf Dunes 308 is a beautiful, updated, and well kept condo. Enjoyable and relaxing. As always Brooks and Shorey provided a "Sparkly clean" condo. Anytime there is even the tiniest request (microwave bulb) they are there to take care of it soon. At this point we would not rent from any other management company as they have always treated us well.
