Location was great for beach access and Rosemary Beach. Pool and gym were nice with a breakfast/lunch place on site. Be sure to pack beach chairs and spare toilet paper. Bikes are available although we did not use them.

Roaches were in the room and after several text messages and phone calls the only resolution from the complex was to bring some traps. Exterminator could not come until Monday and “ supposedly “no other units were available even though the place did not look full at all. Construction is going on so no elevator was available. I would not recommend this place. No adjustment was made to our amount that was paid. I never heard from the host.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m truly sorry for the issues you encountered during your stay — especially the pest concerns. That’s not the level of comfort we want any guest to have. I appreciate you letting the team know during your visit, and I’m sorry the resolution fell short. Roaches should never be part of anyone’s stay, and the delay in getting full treatment was understandably frustrating. I do want to clarify that the elevator outage notice is noted at the top of the online description, so guests have that information before booking. Even so, I'm sorry that it affected your stay and added stress. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback helps us improve communication and ensure future guests have a smoother, more comfortable experience.

Unit was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean! Kitchen was also equipped well. The unit is directly across and up from the breakfast restaurant downstairs, but that didn’t bother us. In regard to noise, I couldn’t hear anything on either side of us all week. It was also convenient that the unit came with bikes, as they were essential to help fight all the 30A traffic. The only problem we encountered was with the public beach. It is as described, within walking distance, but the beach access is extremely small. The beach is almost exclusively private (bummer) except maybe a 25 foot span that does down to the water. There were actual security guards kicking people out for sitting on the sand in what is considered “private” beach, which goes on for hundreds of feet in each direction. You absolutely have to drive to a public beach unless you get there extremely early. I realize that is not the owner’s fault but it definitely put a damper to have to drive to the public beaches. The pool area is well maintained and very nice!

Thank you so much for your kind review. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the condo and had a great stay. We appreciate your note about early check‑in — while we always try to accommodate when the schedule allows, there are days when our team needs the full window to prepare the home to our standards. The A/C required a bit of attention before arrival, and we wanted to ensure the condo was perfectly comfortable when you walked in. Your feedback is truly helpful, and we’ll continue working to make the process as smooth as possible. We’re grateful you chose us and would love to welcome you back for another wonderful stay.
