The laundry room is both spacious and well-appointed, featuring high-end washer and dryer units. Abundant storage cabinets and ample counter space provide practicality and convenience. We`ve ensured that it`s fully stocked with an ample supply of laundry detergent and various other essential laundry items to cater to your needs.
Garage/Parking:
Our guests enjoy complete access to the two-car garage and the driveway, offering ample parking for up to five vehicles. Please be aware that the third garage is designated for private use by the property owner and won`t be accessible.
Garage door opener remotes are conveniently placed in the kitchen drawer beneath the coffee machine. We kindly request that these remotes are returned upon check-out to avoid fees that would be applied for any unreturned remotes. Your help and cooperation is greatly appreciated.
You will have exclusive use of the entire house during your stay. Please note that the finished basement will remain unoccupied while the upstairs is rented out, so no need to worry about other people being present at the property during your stay. In preparation for your arrival, we will provide the garage door code and front door access code with the check-in details, which will be sent the day before your scheduled arrival.
You will be able to self check-in upon arrival, but we are only a message or phone call away and will promptly respond if any needs arise. We are here for you doing your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to you.

We strive for nothing less than 5-star stays and aim for the opportunity to be your hosts. Our dedicated team is prepared to assist our guests promptly. However, please bear in mind that we operate differently from a hotel, and we do not have round-the-clock front desk services.

Check-in is available after 4:00 pm, and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 am unless an arrangement for a late check-out has been made and confirmed in advance. Unauthorized extensions beyond the agreed-upon check-out time, even if it`s just 30 minutes or more, such as a check-out at 11:30 am or later, will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour. Your adherence to these check-in and check-out guidelines is appreciated
Quiet Hours:
To ensure a harmonious environment for everyone, quiet hours are strictly enforced, and we kindly ask that guests maintain a quiet and considerate atmosphere by refraining from excessive noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
No Parties:
We kindly request that no parties or gatherings take place on the property. This policy is strictly enforced given the tranquil residential setting. We greatly value our neighbors and aim to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the area. Your understanding and consideration in this matter are greatly appreciated. Any guests found not adhering to this policy will be required to check out immediately without refund.
No Smoking:
Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking permitted inside the property, or out on the balcony. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $250 fee plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.
No Illicit Drugs or Activities:
Absolutely no use of illicit drugs or engagement in prohibited activities is allowed on the property. This encompasses the use of marijuana in any form, particularly smoking. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $250 fine, in addition to the cost of addressing any smoke-related residue or property damage. Your adherence to these guidelines is appreciated.
No Pets:
Please be aware that pets are not allowed on the premises. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $100 fine for the violating guest. We appreciate your cooperation.
Infant & Children Supervision:
The safety of infants and children is of utmost importance, and we ask that they be under constant supervision while on the property. Please be aware that there are cleaning products located in the cabinets under the kitchen and bathroom sinks, which may not have child safety locks, so extra caution is advised. Your vigilance in this regard is greatly appreciated.
Cleaning:
We kindly request that you treat our property with the same care and consideration you would for a beloved family member or close friend, maintaining cleanliness and organization during your stay. In the event that the property requires excessive cleaning, resulting in additional charges from our cleaning crew, those costs will be transferred to our valued guests. Broken or Stolen Property:
