With a cozy queen bed and a sofa that converts into an additional sleeping space, the villa provides a comfortable retreat. The well-appointed modern kitchen invites you to prepare beach snacks and dinner meals on nights in, or you can explore the diverse array of restaurants along 30A. Start your day by sipping on a cup of coffee on the balcony, offering views of the inviting pool and meticulously landscaped grounds. Your stay at Hidden Beach 216 promises to be a delightful and memorable experience.

From the west end of the complex, head across 30A via Pelayo Avenue. Across 30A and down the boardwalk is your beach access.

Hidden Beach Villas:
Hidden Beach Villas is a lovely beach condominium located steps to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a cool and refreshing dip in the community pool. Or cook a special meal on one of the community grills. For added convenience, there is a laundry facility on site with coin operated washers and dryers. Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

Your stay at Hidden Beach 216 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Perfect Stay on 30A!

This studio style condo was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children! Super close to beach access and the pool! We stayed over the 4th of July and the beach wasn’t near as crowded as we thought it would be! The condo was clean and well stocked for what we needed! We would definitely stay here again for a long weekend in the future!

Relaxing and Enjoyable

Cozy and comfortable! We loved being able to kick back and relax at the beach getaway. Everything was available for us, from martini glasses to turkey pans! We had the best Thanksgiving!

Great location!

This space was perfect for just my husband and I. It’s in a great complex and in an ideal location. Unfortunately, the communication with the management company was very poor- I would not receive a response for multiple hours regarding questions I had prior and during our stay. Overall, a great place to stay for a couple in 30A.

Awesome location between very close to Seaside and not far from Alys/Rosemary. Good beach access as well.

The property was clean. It is just as it looks in the picture. The kitchen was nice and had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We did have trouble getting into our room when we got there. Our code wouldn't work.We didn't get free attraction tickets or see anything about them. One thing that would be nice for people to know is that there are quite a few stairs to go down to the beach. We did enjoy our stay.
