Bolivar Beachfront Bliss in Crystal Beach area!
Completed in 2024, this beachfront escape that is just a flip flop throw to the water. Sitting directly on the beach in the very tranquil area of Gilchrist, Tx, the property basically offers a secluded shoreline since it is the only home on the property that stretches all the way to the other side of Hwy 87. Breathtaking, panoramic views, with a wrap-around deck, await you on the fully furnished deck, complete with high back chairs, loungers, and a dining table.
This five-bedroom, 4.5 bath home sleeps 17 with 2 master suites and offers all brand new everything: furniture, décor, bedding, appliances, and much more. The large living room/kitchen/dining area seats 14 for dining, with the outdoor dining area that seats another 8. Three of the five bedrooms include king beds, while another, a queen with a twin top bunk. And of course, what beach houses is not complete without a bunk room? It features two queen bunks, sleeping 8. All bedrooms include smart TVs.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a cargo lift, washer/dryer, grill, outdoor shower, fully stocked kitchen, sunrises, and sunsets.

Pets are welcome, up to 2 dogs, the non-refundable pet fee is $100 per booking. Please select the pet fee when booking.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 7 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The access code to the house will be given the morning of check-in. If you arrive and see any damage or concerns. please contact us.
The home highest occupancy is 17. Get together's should be limited to 30 people. Good times are encouraged!
Please do not sit on outside deck rails. No one needs to be checking their balance beam skills. It is a far fall!
Unless there is a fire, do not open windows or climb out of them.
There is a first aid kit under the kitchen sink and a fire extinguisher.
No smoking in the house.
Pre-approval for dogs, up to two only.
Please walkover the dune in front of our house and not on neighbor’s property to get to the beach.
The outdoor shower is available to rinse off your feet and beach items prior to bringing them into the house. But be pre-warned, the upstairs of the house next door can look down and see you.
All bedrooms have TVs and are smart/Roku TV’s. Roku provides a lot of channels, and feel free to log into your own accounts for any of the available streaming options.
For your safety, there is a camera on the ground level area under the house near where cars park.
Trash pickup days are Monday and Thursday.
Our kitchen is stocked with the basics, such as simple seasoning, some coffee, and some condiments. Please treat our kitchen with the love and respect you would your own to keep it in great condition for other guests. Please be sure to ventilate the kitchen after cooking anything that could leave a strong smell behind.
The kitchen sinks have strainers so be careful not to wash food down the drain. Please throw any kitchen scraps into trash cans. The aerobic system is not designed to use a garbage disposal.
Kitchen cleaning products are under the sink. If any products run out during your stay, please let us know so we can replace them.
No food or drink in the bedrooms—please limit eating and drinking to the kitchen and dining areas.

The epitome of a classic “Dive Bar”. A good place to relax and it has an upstairs. If you are with a big group, not the best place to eat because they do not have the capacity for feeding large groups, but a good place to grab a cold one. Oh and it is super close by!
