Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.


City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 EUR per person per day.

For stays longer than three nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee will apply. For stays of six nights or more, two cleanings per week will be charged.
