The space

As you step inside, you'll discover a haven designed to cater to every aspect of your family's comfort and happiness. From cozy bunk beds to dedicated play areas, this home offers a delightful array of amenities to keep everyone content. Modern luxuries grace every corner, ensuring an upscale and indulgent stay for all. Rest easy knowing that linens, towels, soap, and other bathroom essentials are provided, while the convenience of wireless internet with blazing speeds of over 400 Mbps and office essentials enhances your stay. The lush lawn and island-style landscaping, enclosed by lava rock walls, provide a serene backdrop for backyard gatherings and make for truly unforgettable memories.

This home features four fully furnished bedrooms to accommodate your needs. The first bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom features a cozy double bed. Children will be thrilled with the two kid-sized bunk beds in the third bedroom, allowing them to let their imagination run wild. Finally, retreat to the master bedroom, boasting a king-size bed for ultimate luxury. The home also includes three bathrooms, including a master bathroom with his and hers sinks, shower, and toilet, as well as an outdoor shower. The second bathroom features a bidet and a shower, while the third bathroom offers a tub, shower combination, sink, and toilet.

For your convenience, a laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing board. If you prefer indoor entertainment, unwind in the expansive living room and indulge in a movie night with the Smart TV, extensive movie library including Blu-ray and DVDs, Netflix, cable, and more.

Our home is a paradise for children, providing a variety of activities to keep them happily engaged. They can dive into captivating books, bask in the sun on the extended patio section, or create magnificent pillow castles on their very own bunk beds.

When it's time to explore the surroundings, venture to Anaeho'omalu beach with your loved ones for a perfect day of sunbathing, surfing, sandcastle building with bear gear including a wagon, body boards, and a cooler, etc. and savoring the famous Hawaiian shave ice by the beachside. Adults can indulge in a round of golf at the prestigious Waikoloa golf course, explore the Genesis Art Gallery, or partake in a shopping spree at the Kings Shops. Conveniently, general stores, car rental shops, coffee shops, and restaurants are all within close proximity to the resort area, ensuring all your needs are effortlessly met.

Directions to the property: If you are traveling from Kona International Airport, get on the Queen Ka'ahumanu Hwy (Hwy 19). Continue heading north till you reach Waikoloa Beach Drive. Turn left on the Drive, and you are entering the resort.

If you are traveling from Hilo International Airport, turn right onto Highway 11 (Kanoelehua Ave.). Turn left at the intersection of Highway 11 and Highway 19, and turn left. Continue for approximately 10 miles until you reach Waikoloa Beach Drive. Turn right to enter the resort.

Off-street parking in the driveway is permitted.
The minimum age limit for renters is 21 years.
