Very relaxing & serene house for a vacation!

We had a great week for vacation in this house. It was decorated very nice and you felt at home in this house! I would definitely rent this house again! We liked the walks to the private beach on the bay.

Unsatisfactory stay

When we arrived, the pool was not filled to a usable level, and the water that was filled appeared unclean. Filling and cleaning the pool took the entire duration of our stay, and we were therefore unable to use the pool at all. While the owner was in touch with us on the issue, we did not feel that she demonstrated any level of urgency and did not seem on top of the upkeep of the pool. As a result, we left highly unsatisfied with our stay.

Location, layout, amenities - perfect!

Sacred Harbor was the perfect backdrop for our Hampton Vacation! This is the kind of place where you take a deep breath - say "AAhhhhhhhh" -and feel instantly like you are on a retreat at a resort property. We loved the contemporary decor and the whole house had such a welcoming appeal. It was great to have so many places to stretch out and carve both personal and family time. And the outdoor multi-level decks with separate areas for both sun and shade, conversation and cocktails was perfect for entertaining and lounging! The close proximity to hiking trails, Sammy's Beach with only 5 minutes into East Hampton was fantastic. Bountiful restaurants, theaters, splendiferous salt caves and fun-filled Farmer's Markets are all within a moment's reach! The owner, Carol, was super helpful and most accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this wonderful house for a memorable vacation!

Checked every box, and more!

We really got lucky booking this spectacular home in East Hampton! A great centrally located property with all the bells & whistles! The photos did not adequately show the impeccable care and attention to detail the owner provides with this rental. Whatever we needed, from recommendations to great area restaurants, local spa and massage services, bike rentals, she was there to provide a solution. When we entertained at home we had every imaginable accouterment to prepare and serve properly. When we wanted a day at the beach we had chairs, umbrellas, blankets and towels, even coolers to keep our lunch and cocktails just right. The hot water outdoor shower and hot tub right off one of the Master suites was spectacular and where we spend many evenings unwinding. And the location in the stunning NW Woods with walks to the local beach, sunsets beyond our imagination and easy access to all of the Hamptons hamlets allowed us to easily come and go and avoid the summer crowds and traffic. Hard to leave the house itself with its tranquil, serene, comfortable vibe - and when we head back to the Hamptons we will definitely book this property again. We would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and special vacation retreat. Date of arrival July 2017

Paradise Vacation In the Hamptons

Our stay at this very private and lovely property was one my family and I will always remember. The kids loved the beautiful pool and my husband and I enjoyed the fact that it was large enough that we could do laps and then go right into the amazing hot tub that seats 7. The whole family could actually hot-tub it together. We had such a good time. The kids would play in the morning and we would then walk over to the beach in the afternoons and lap up the sun, sand and water. It was great that the house was so close to the beach. The house itself was beautifully appointed. The large deck spanned the entire width of the house and was equipped with an attractive settee and tables for entertaining. The grill is propane-enabled so no worries about lighting it— you just turn it on. I loved that. My husband is a great griller but sometimes he's not the handiest. The kitchen is modern, gorgeous and completely green. One feature I loved was the built-in Meile coffee maker, you just press a button and presto a fab cup of joe was ready for you. The contemporary home has floor to ceiling windows allowing for amazing sunlight to fill the house. And the three bedrooms were roomy and comfortable—the beds were super and the master with en suite was separated on one end of the house from the other bedrooms. The den or family room was perfect for getting away to read or for watching the two large flat screen televisions. There was WIFI throughout the house so the kids could stay happy playing their games and being connected - but truthfully I have never seen them so disconnected from their electronics and loving the environment and fun we had together (plenty of board games provided by the owner as well) The owner also left easy-to-follow instructions to the home so nothing was a mystery. We enjoyed all the amenities of a luxury hotel without any of the hassle or costs. We so enjoyed the tranquil days and nights of our secret getaway. My family and I found this awesome vacation one to remember. We plan to go back this year. I recommend it to anyone who wants the perfect retreat.

A Perfect Stay.....

I had a wonderful stay here. The house is large and laid out to accommodate all your needs. All amenities were in great condition. The kitchen is spectacular and loved the pool area, so very calming. Beach is nearby and town is a 10-minute drive away. Great shopping in East Hampton. For me two important factors are: how close the beach is and that the property itself is quiet and restful. For that it met all my needs and then some. The owner went out of her way to make that happen. #GreatStay

Fabulous time had by all....can"t wait to return!

A wonderful time had by all....Fantastic location, all the amenities indoor and out that one would ever desire. Pure relaxation and fun! Between the luscious pool, Jacuzzi and outdoor private environment you never what to leave home. When you do a beautiful morning or evening walk takes you to a gem of a beach. Close to East Hampton Village with all its charming shops and fabulous restaurants and just a short drive to the other amazing Hampton hot spots and beaches. We will return again soon!

Sacred Home

Upon entering this amazing home we felt the sanctity and love that is in every nook of the house. We felt that we did not arrive at a rental property but to our home that we always wanted to live in. The owner takes care to create an environment that is nurturing and welcoming. It was way more than I could ever imagine. What a vacation spot we so luckily found. It was in impeccable shape upon entering and there was attention to every detail. The kitchen was so fabulous and being a chef myself, I relished in the completeness of all I could ever want to create fabulous meals. I loved that it is in walking distance to the beach which felt like a private one. It was so sparsely populated. The pool? Oh my! Driving into "town" was fun and frankly I did not want to leave "home". Majestic vacation. Thank you so much for the privilege of living in your exquisite creation. You must experience this vacation spot if you are coming to the Hamptons.

Your Own Private Oasis

This was my first time renting a home in The Hamptons. I loved all of the space but especially the outside area that felt like a private spa. The Buddha Statues, the beautiful pool, the hottub and the outside shower were added bonuses. The property is far enough away form the hustle and bustle that I could detox from the City yet only a short drive to all of the "happening" places. The home was warm and inviting and I spent most of my time in the sitting room with the high ceilings and view onto the pool. In addition to the home itself, the fact that I could walk to a local beach - where 3 days in the row I was the only one there was fantastic.

A fantastic relaxing and luxury place

A perfect home that has everything you ever need to relax and feel spoiled. We came for a beautiful one week stay and were blown away by the perfection of the home. From the beginning the owner was responsive and helpful. The home is very well taken care of and in near perfect condition. It had everything we could possibly need including kitchen supplies, grill, towels, sheets, pillows, tv, stereo, dish soap etc. The pool and the outdoor area were excellent with places with sun and shadow all day through. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space (we were 6 adults). This house made our family vacation a perfect success!!

Serene is the right word to describe the setting.

The owner goes out of her way to make you feel at home. I wanted for nothing during the 2 weeks I spent here. Luxury, quality, warmth is what this house is about. % star recommendation from me.
