Beautiful home. Just a few minor issues.

Our check-in time was 4pm, but we were not allowed to access the keys until 4:30pm. When we inquired about a late check-out, (11am vs. 10am), we were denied due to the fact that the house was booked for that day. The upstairs AC went out, but they sent out a technician and they did the best they could to make us comfortable. Overall, this was a beautiful home and the amenities and community are stellar. I highly recommend this property and will definitely look to book a home in this community in the future.

This was a beautiful and fully functional home that our entire group really loved! We all agreed it should probably be an annual visit. Great location w us having 3 young children, close to the small pool, restaurants and downtown area. Loved all the beautiful & cozy decor of the home. Loved the large wrap around porch as well! The large out door deck had beautiful views of the lake and an unobstructed view of the sunsets over the bay. All area of the house were extremely clean. The location was great. The city center is steps away, still water pool is basically in the front yard, and it’s a straight walk to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for Tropical Storm Alberto, so we only had 4 beach days. Cinnamon Shore is a bit greedy - there really should be some type of concession for only being able to sleep in their properties during a storm. Also, CS washes their hands of guests being ALL OVER THE DUNES. This is what happened with the high waters, and they said it wasn’t their problem. If you are going to develop and make a ton of money on our Texas beaches, please take care of them. The house itself was our favorite, and we have been staying at CS for 15 years.

Overall the house was perfect. Great location, great floor plan and the decor made the house very homey. Loved the distressed furniture! We did have some items not working or in need of repair and reported it to the staff when we left. As for cleanliness, the house could use a refreshing (paint inside, replace kitchen knobs which were loose or fell off when pulled, porch furniture needs attention). But, overall a great home. Lastly, you should post on your info sheet or website that the Cafe is closed during the month of January. No a problem at all as we enjoyed Lisabellas and the pizza place!

The community / events/ cleanliness/ activities/beach / and our house was perfect. It was everything we could have wanted. So we booked again for next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great destination if you have young grandchildren! They'll love the golf carts, the beach, the community pools, the music in the evenings, the smore's, and the yard games. Our house was amazing! We especially enjoyed the second story deck in the evenings.

We loved that golf carts, beach chairs, and beach campfires were available. I highly recommend this for a perfect beach vacation.
