The Space:

The home is located just 12 miles from the happiest place on earth, Walt Disney World, and is centrally located inside the beautiful and gated Champions Gate Resort community.

- A luminous and inviting OPEN LIVING SPACE featuring comfortable sofa seating and a large flatscreen Smart TV with cable. Plus, direct access to the private pool area. The perfect spot for downtime moments together at home.

- There is a DINING area with a table that can seat 6-8 comfortably for a relaxed meal at home. Plus, an outdoor dining table to seat another 6 on the covered patio area. It’s great to dine in and save money!

- There is a fully-equipped KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home, even the extras like a COFFEE MAKER for your morning perk-ups, a BLENDER for afternoon beverages, and a DISHWASHER for easy cleanups.

- A BREAKFAST BAR at the kitchen counter for a quick snack or to help with meal preparation.

The 20,000+ sq ft Oasis Clubhouse is a world-class center that features a huge resort-style pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, tiki bar and movie theatre along with a playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and are perfect for spending the entire day at the pool.

Feel free to dine at The Grille, either poolside or in the comfort of the air-conditioned clubhouse. If you're lounging poolside, simply raise your lounger flag and an attendant will take your order and deliver your favorite food and libation while you soak in the sun. You deserve to be pampered while on vacation. From the home to the Oasis center, you will experience just that!

Champions Gate features an 18-hole golf course while next door has another 36 holes designed by the well accomplished architect and golfer Greg Norman. You have parking spaces in front of the home. You can also drive to the community Oasis Center if you do not want to walk.
