This studio is tranquil and cozy. It is a modern brand new remodel on the bay. Take the bikes for a ride down to the ocean or to the tons of great restaurants, shops, bars, etc that Pacific Beach and Mission have to offer. This spacious studio offers a full kitchen and everything you need for a nice vacation. The condo has high quality and functional materials and furniture. The Casper King sized bed and upscale linens ensure a wonderful sleep after a fun day of activity.

9/10 stay. Location was great. House was clean and check in easy. I’d just say there’s a couple inaccuracies in the ad. It’s not big enough for more than 2 people. Also the a/c is a kitchen unit you have to set up yourself. Overall though I’m very happy to have stayed there.

Bayview stay

We had a lovely stay. Nice, quiet, and clean condo. Great location by bay. My 11 year old & I enjoyed walking along bayside. Loved that it had parking right in front of condo. Not far from beach, 15-20 minute walk.

While the shower had been recently remodeled, the curtain rod is cheap and fell down repeatedly, curtain is way too long, and the shower is super slow to drain. Kitchen could use a dish drying rack and/or dish drying towels. Only one kitchen towel provided. These issues didn’t make it feel luxurious, and the view is not stunning as listed.

The shower rod has since been reinforced to ensure it remains secure, and we’ve reviewed the curtain length and drainage to further improve the experience. We’ve also added additional kitchen towels and drying options based on your suggestion. Regarding cleanliness, we take great pride in maintaining a high standard, and we’re always happy to respond quickly if anything arises during a stay — as we did here. Our goal is to continuously refine the home so it meets the expectations of guests looking for a comfortable and well-maintained coastal stay. Great location. Decent size. Uncomfortable sheets. Plumbing is ancient. Toilet broke and we had to relocate after one night. Host was communicative and responsive but it was not a good stay. We had to scramble to find another place to stay.

very nice studio. the area is ok, but our place was great. Right near the water. My only complaint is that it was warm. not a great air flow. I am hot blooded, so a bigger ac would have been great but over all Very Very lovely place!!
