Please be respectful of neighbors and reduce any noise, especially outside, after 10pm. If we get a call from our neighbors or the police regarding noise or disruptive behavior, you may lose your security deposit. We do have a noise monitor that is outside in the backyard and will notify us if you are too noisy after quiet hours.

We do have the amazing addition of a Hot Tub on this property! Before enjoying the hot tub we will need to you read over the hot tub liability waiver!

Out of respect for the neighbors, please park in the garage and the driveway as much as possible. Please keep trash cans inside garage until trash day.

By booking this property you are acknowledging that you’ve read and understand the terms of use for the hot tub. It is your responsibility to ensure that every person in the house has read and understands the terms of use of the hot tub. If you plan to use the hot tub, every individual planning to use the hot tub MUST fill out the Hot Tub Liability Waiver that you`ll be sent upon booking.

Unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fee for additional cleaning.

Please ensure you turn off the propane for fire pit and immediately after use.

No early check in or entry or late check out unless prior written approval from the landlord. If these rules are violated then tenant is subject to $300 late or early check in fee.

We have a strict no pet policy so we can keep our place as clean as possible. If a tenant brings an unauthorized pet to the property, they are subject to a $500
