Our sister stay was lovely!! We drew 5 random tags to assign our rooms so we each had our own space. All of the rooms were very comfortable. The house was very clean and well decorated. There were plenty of towels and any other items we needed. The owner was quick to check that we were good with everything and when I had any questions the response was prompt. We were within 30 minutes of Red Rocks so planning for our concert was a breeze. I would highly recommend this property!

AMAZING Experience

First of all, I was blown away with how clean the house was. It was immaculate and nothing seemed out of place. The place was also stocked with everything we needed. Anything we needed for cooking, whether it was spices, oil, a utensil, or some kind of cookware, it was provided. Bathrooms were very clean, and I appreciated the automatic hand soap dispensers. Also, the host was PHENOMENAL to work with. Very clear communication, check-in and out was a breeze. They went the extra mile to accommodate us, and even returned an item to us that we left in the house. I can honestly say I have not stayed at a better vacation rental.

Great Experience

Cole was wonderful to work with. The house was probably one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in and stocked well to make our stay a breeze. The kids enjoyed the outside play house and amenities. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. 5 stars - would happily book again!

Great experience

The place was clean, spacious, and fun. The kids loved the game room in the basement and the open kitchen and living room on the main level were nice for hanging out while eating. It also had a well stocked kitchen where you could do lots of cooking if you wanted too. I’d stay again.

Absolutely Perfect!

My family and I were so impressed with how spacious the house was. It was beautiful and so homey. This kitchen was fabulous for cooking stocked with all the necessary utensils, the bedrooms were nice and cozy. We felt very safe and were able to get Ubers quickly!

Couldn't have been better.

Everyone in the group expressed their positive reactions to our stay in the house. The kitchen was great for multiple people working at the same time. There was plenty of seating in the dining room. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were able to play frisbee in the back yard.

Great home for a family

Our family of 7 (granny, son and his family woth 4 kids under 6) thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home. The pictures dont lie, the home is large, well furnished, with plenty of supplies and appliances. There were plenty of entertainment items too; starting with the rec room downstairs, the games in the family room, games in the kids bedroom, etc. This house was perfect for us! It was great letting the kids enjoy the wonderful grass yard and playhouse full of toys. Relaxing at the patio table and watching them discover things was perfect. All of the rooms in the house were large, providing plenty of space for our gang. The five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms made our stay easy. Next trip to Denver, we will see if the home is available. Best rental ever!
