There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 king suite & 2 bedrooms w/ full over full bunks and a twin trundle which sleeps 20. The lower level features a second kitchen & living area
Acceptance of Full list of rental policies and signed reservation agreement required within three days of reservation, all events require final management approval.

No fireworks, no outside fires if a burn ban is in effect in dry seasons. Do not block the thru-traffic by parking directly on drive at cabin-front.

Please respect the privacy of locked owners / cleaners storage closets. Access given to a locked area will be restricted to only the use permitted.

Additional List of Policies & Rules furnished with Rental Agreement - cancellation agreement supersedes Airbnb and only 1/2 cleaning fees and taxes are refundable once booked. It is also required that guests purchase a $59 damage protection plan through CSA; additional information provided upon reservation.
