Our flat is 110 square meters with 3+1 with 2 bathrooms. All furniture, goods and kitchen equipment are of the highest quality. Sony Bravia LCD Tv and Xiomi Mi Stick is provided.

Although our apartment building is new, neighborly relations have been progressing with respect and harmony for many years. Therefore, this house is not suitable for partying or spending time loudly late in the evening. If you are looking for a street that is both in the heart of Moda and away from the noise, this is the place for you. Our apartment is 1 minute walking distance to Moda Pier. There are trips to Bostancı, Kadiköy and Kabataş 5 times a day from Moda pier.

On each floor of our apartment, there is a room with a garbage bin. The apartment attendant collects the garbage every evening at 21:00.

If you have a bicycle, we have a special room in the basement for bicycles that can be entered with a digital code.

Our apartment has a 40 square meter air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped American kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets. All items in the house are presented to your service using the highest quality materials for the comfort of you.
