Great home in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The backyard is nice with comfortable chairs. Kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need. The beds and furniture are comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and great access to restaurants and bars! Had a great time. Only thing needs fixing is the umbrella and the back aluminum door. The top of umbrella has a broken piece where it attaches to the pole and the screen door hinge is broken so it won’t completely shut.

Cozy and Close

A great house away from the hub and the bub of the main roads, yet close to everything! Interior is nicely decorated and clean. Only minutes away from several points of interest - Fisherman's Wharf, Wetlands Park, Ferry landing, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center and of course the beach!! It's worth a return stay.

We loved staying here for our Port A beach trip and will plan to stay here again. The house was the perfect size for our family. We loved having a back yard to hang out in with our dog. The rooms were clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the window ACs kept us cool. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked great. The managers were very attentive, and the check in and out process was simple. We were close to restaurants and shopping, and we had easy access to the beach.

Clean and cozy

This house served our family of 4 well. The house was very clean and comfortable. No central ac or heat, but the window units kept up fine. Kitchen was equipped with the essentials. No dishwasher though. Great backyard for our dog. All in all, a nice place. thatwe would come back to!

We nicknamed this house the bouncy house. Checking in and out was all fine. Rate was a bit on the high side. The house is the perverbial lip stick on a pig. The quality and workmanship left much to be desired. Location was fine and served it purpose. Would not stay again.
I can only guess they cut the top of the door first. Realized mistake and then cut the bottom of the door and installed the cut back on the top to fix 1st error?
Looks like they installed a door sweep on the top of the door (there's one on the bottom as well, neither seal)
Great for a 5' tall person. Someone 6' tall ...not so good.
